Excellent quality and superb customer service! I have purchased multiple times!

First of all, they have a beautiful website, which is very easy to navigate. They have a broad variety of excellent eyewear. I’ve talked with customer service regarding an error on my end. I gave the wrong prescription. They have Taken care of it for me with no questions asked. I have ordered five pair of glasses from them the last six months. Each and every pair has comfort, style, the frames are wonderful because they’re very flexible and you can set them to your size, they also have blue light so you can avoid that negative computer glare. And the best part, they’re affordable and they work. I have referred them to several people and I will continue to do so. It saves all the hassle of making an appointment to go to an eye exam, paying up front, pick out a pair, get the frames wait for the lenses and a return phone call to pick up the glasses. I don’t have to worry about all that with LookOptic. These people know glasses and how to put a smile on someone’s face. LookOptic is awesome. “I’ll be back!” lol

say they are refunding total price paid - my progressives did not start at zero - so I could not see distance - if you need magnification for distance - these would be perfect for you.

Others mention the 'fine print' and I couldn't agree more! Look Optic has glossy advertising that's enticing. I finally took the leap and was blown away by results. First, the lenses couldn't be 2.5 as I ordered. I couldn't read a word with them on. Immediately, I sent a note to their Customer Service and asked about their refund process. Was told, my purchase was FINAL. Shame on me for not seeing it. I don't see how you can order readers and not have the ability to return. Differences can always happen to that makes them unusable. As it is, I'll probably donate. It's a painful $70 lesson. I WILL NOT BUY from them again! Buyer beware.

Terrible quality. The readers feel light and cheap, worst of all, the prescription doesn’t seem to be correct. They seem to be weaker than other readers I’ve bought of the same strength so I have a hard time reading with them.

I paid almost 100.00 dollars for these and it was a waste of my money. They are like looking through plastic. I really can’t even use them. Terrible product in my opinion. They did respond on 6/4/25. Offered to take them back and send something different. I will let you know what they do.

It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered, and my order is still “pending” with customer service agents that just keep apologizing, giving me another tracking order that keeps saying “awaiting item”. SCAM ALERT
