The product is very good. It works and with the sale discounts it is fairly priced. I would just extend the full discount to your long time customers on all sales.

I gave a 4-star based on my experience. "A single approach does not fit everyone." I ordered my glasses the end of December, 2025. It took a few emails of reaching out before my FSA issue was finally settled on March 12th, 2026. I fully take the blame with the issue of ordering the wrong glasses. I will certainly know better next time. And, yes! There will be a next time. I highly recommend Look Optic for your next pair of Progressives. Thanks Andy, and your Team for all your help!

The glasses are well made, solid and stylish. The hinge seems to keep catching my hair which is annoying. Maybe it's got a small gap? Not sure but the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. As always shipped timely, well packaged and high quality.

I am pleased with the progressive readers I recently received from Look Optic. This is my 3rd pair. I do think I should have gotten a stronger prescription and larger frame size, but can live with what I got. The sale was worth every penny! Glad I took advantage of it.

Quality products. Open communication

I had some difficulties with measurements and the size descriptions. I almost ordered wide, when I am narrow. Glasses described as narrow or medium, were wider than glasses that said wide. I had to get my daughter to help me. Older lady syndrome. But the glasses are very excellent quality, look great, fit etc.

Great company- stylish quality options and great customer service. Unfortunately the acetate frames (even the smaller face version, and after at home adjustment) do not fit great on a smaller face. The smaller wire-framed are a much better fit but I have had issues w lenses popping out. Seems they may be a little too thick for the wire frame. Anyway they are all very chic so I will keep ordering hoping to find my Goldilocks “just right”.

Like the look and feel of frames and the optics are accurate. However they slip down my nose and I can’t seem to make the arms Bend enough to make them fit more snugly. Plus, I’m not sure how you can make both arms equally bent the same amount - so they still slip a bit.
