I ordered these readers because I loved the gold frames. When I got them, I used them at work and immediately got a headache. I thought I just had a long day and brushed it off. It subsequently happened 3 days in a row when I connected the dots, so I had to return them. I paid $82 for the frames, but when I returned them I only got a $56 refund. Look Optic likes to take their fees. Kinda sucky.

I've worn progressives for 25 years in my prescription glasses-I know how progressives work. The glasses +2 were completely warped and complete trash. Speaking of trash, they were delivered to the top of the trash cans in our mail room which is open to the public-so luckily they were not stolen. That's ridiculous especially when my home is literally around the corner. I found the return process to be insulting. The tutorial about progressives, then the $25 or so carrot to order something else instead, then to actually return the junk costs you $9.00 and a trip to the post office. I've had my current readers for years, bought good ones over and over from same company. The progressive marketing about not taking glasses on and off appealed to me-good job marketing-except on the return circus. Product/quality teams and from what I see here logistics team need to inwardly reflect on if they are truly delivering their best. Will never order again.

I can't even gauge the product. I ordered "two-day shipping" and I am still waiting a week and a half later in Central Oregon for my glasses that are now in Seattle via Portland. Stellar. Never ordering again.

My glasses were crooked. I Do not care for your email F cancer. It’s offensive especially to someone who has experienced cancer several times within the family. Whoever thought that was catchy needs to do a little more research. Your discounts are bogas, deceptive even, I can get 3 different prices depending on how many places I want to click. It should not be like that, especially for repeat customers.

I have no idea where this order is, but it has take nearly two weeks for a shipment within the US. Absolutely horrible. Won't be ordering from them again.

I have gotten the run-around about my delivery, which weeks later has not been received despite being told it would be expedited, etc. after my numerous compliants. I have let my AMEX company know that the items have never been provided and to seek any payment to this organization back. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered glasses on Sep 3, 2026. Today is Sept 16th and I’m still waiting. When I saw they were being shipped by Uniuni I realized they would not have a code to enter my building. I texted CS and changed the delivery address to a family members home. The CS rep even sent me a photo of the address which I confirmed. Then yesterday I received a message saying they were unable to deliver. Assuming they meant my apartment because I was at the other address waiting. So here it is late afternoon and still no glasses. Even if I’m I love with the glasses I will never reorder until they have reputable delivery.

Never got my item they never answered emails or messages on Instagram and the shipping company could never give me an accurate update they always said being delivered and was never delivered ordered my items September 2nd.
