Love the glasses. Have bought twice from you. However, both times the shipping took a long time. Weeks past what I was told. The excuse was that they were using and second party for shipping. It really shouldn’t take but a few days to receive glasses. Again, I do like the glasses.

Look Optic has fantastic customer service and I love their glasses. I was nervous that my order wouldn't arrive before my vacation and Andy ensured that it would. I received them with time to spare and will be happily sporting them on my trip!

Bought glasses here and they turned out to be defective. When I contacted them, they refused to offer any refund, replacement, or even a simple apology. Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for selling a faulty product. I would not recommend buying from them based on this experience.
