The product is very good. It works and with the sale discounts it is fairly priced. I would just extend the full discount to your long time customers on all sales.

I bought two different pair of progressive readers and I love them! I had already damaged my nosepad about a week after getting them so I requested a repair and they dont so repairs so they are sending me a new pair! The customer service agents are super responsive via email! Im very impressed and glad I made the investment!

I had a problem with delivery because I live in a remote area, the team at Look Optic was very responsive and made sure a new pair got sent out right away. Also, I had ordered the wrong magnification, and they were very helpful and professional about changing to the correct magnification. Their customer service is outstanding. And the product is amazing too. Love my progressives, getting the sunglasses next.

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses: one arrived with a rebellious nosepiece, and the other proved that my eyesight is officially worse than I cared to admit (I ordered a strength too weak). Not only were they incredibly responsive and empathetic, but they actually checked back in within the hour just to make sure we were still on good terms. I received my glasses but apparently i had ordered straight readers instead of progressive. I wore them to work the next day any way to see if i could make them work but after a few hours decided I'd better exchange them....but only after receiving numerous compliments on my adorable glasses!! I've shared the link with plenty of co-workers and I've initiated my exchange, which was super easy by a rep who was super helpful. I'll definitely use them again!

Original order lost via USPS and even though it was not Look Optics fault they made it right and I was shipped a new pair via a different carrier (UPS) via overnight. We did wait a few days to give the usps time to locate the lost package but after 3 days they did not hesitate to take care of the replacement. I can’t wait to now order the Muse in the green and brown gradient! I have two pairs of clear and now the pink. These are the best and I am always getting compliments. Looking forward to owning the entire lineup!
