I have had a hard time finding glasses/progressive without it hurting my eyes and causing migraines. Look optic has been extremely patient with me. I was a bit of a complex customer... The biggest downside with progressive lenses it takes a bit of time to get used to. That's with every kind of progressives though. It's not look optics progressive it's every kind of progressive. That's just how they are. You have to be patient and just give your eyes time to adjust. It took about 8-10 days for me to adjust and I've never worn nor needed glasses until my health hit. They respond back very very fast and will do everything they can to make your purchase perfect for YOU! I will not go any where else! They have an outstanding return policy and an out of this world guarantee! You're missing out if you don't atleast try a pair! You'll thank me later!

Ok! This is truly an amazing company. First of all I bought two of the pink readers from them and I adore them! I bought two as I adore the style but one the eyeglass popped out of the holder in the glasses. And I sent a request to possibly have it fixed. I got an immediate text with them sending me a replacement!!!! If I could give u a billion stars I would! Thank u

I am very impressed with Andy, who helped me with the exchange of glasses from Progressive to Readers. He walked me through with the process and sent me a return label for USPS. I am very grateful for the way he took care of me & for being patients with me.

I was able to get help with replacement of a damaged frame right away. The process was smooth, timely, and the representative was very polite, efficient and helpful.

Customer service is excellent. No waiting for days, they respond quickly and solve the problem immediately. The progressive lenses are just as good as the glasses I’ve purchased for a lot of money from an optometrist. For much less. Recommend Look Optic.

Fast response to a broken hinge. Free replacement as it was under the 1 year warranty. These are my fav glasses so i really appreciate it
