GREAT customer service and product!

They replaced glasses that were not received immediately. I got overnight shipping through UPS which was great!

I love these glasses. I have the Laurel and Muse progressives and have been wearing them more than my prescription glasses! Customer service is Top Notch!

The post office made a mistake and sent my package back and they immediately responded and I couldn't be happier with a customer service I received from look optic on my purchase and resend a replacement pair. I highly recommend this company for purchases and I will be a repeat customer.

There was a small issue with my order. I emailed, and got a reply *from the CEO* and an immediate fix. Look Optic sells great glasses, and just as important is run by real people, who you can actually reach out to, and they are reasonable to deal with!! So rare to find a company like this on the internet. I am very impressed by Look Optic's attention to customers and will be back whenever I need glasses

While these did not work out for me because of the very strange script I have- I cannot get over how great this company is at customer service. I bought a pair of computer readers through their website, but when they arrived, they just weren't working for me, and I was extremely disappointed. I went online and gave feedback, and they responded immediately, just from a review, and asked me if they could send me a new pair or even just refund me. Because I have to go in and see a different eye doctor to try to get the right prescription, I asked for a refund, which they processed immediately. Customer service like this does not exist in the world right now, and that alone should be reason enough for anyone to give them a try.
