These five stars are aimed at the folks who staff the Chat box. (If you aren't human, don't burst my bubble.) I had been hoping to score a pair of Shiny Pink progressive Abbeys the next time they became available, but by the time I got to the website and into Chat, they were gone in my size. BUT the folks who handle the Chat box didn't accept numbers on a screen. Instead, first one and then another of them contacted the warehouse and, over a period of 36 to 48 hours, one of them tracked down a pair for me. I know I'll love these. Now then, product developers, please come up with more styles for narrow to medium width faces. And in more colors, too.

The progressives work great for me. They are comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them. One of the lenses started falling out a few days ago. I contacted customer service, and they took care of the problem right away.

I bought the progressive Muse in gold and gradient lens, and I AM IN LOVE!! The quality is fantastic. I can actually drive and read my navigation without the "granny readers on the nose" look! I feel like I got a fresh, youthful upgrade. I will be ordering more for sure! THANK YOU!

LOOK OPTIC has wonderful customer service! My husband loves their glasses and cases, and when I reached out about replacing a lost case, they kindly sent one as a one-time courtesy—even though this isn’t something they normally offer. I truly appreciated their quick response and willingness to help. It’s always nice when a company goes the extra mile for a loyal customer!
