LogoUp is really an outstanding company to deal with. I ordered custom embroidered uniforms for all of my employees, along with my brand logo embroidered on these workwears. They delivered more than my expectations and within the given time frame. Quality was just beyond my expectations. No complaint!! Looking forward to deal with them again!

What a shame....Have ordered hundreds of hats from these guys. Got a bad batch of hats about a year ago, which we sent back for replacement or refund; they refunded after a painful back and forth. Ordered the same style hat a year later, thinking that the first order was just a bad run, but no...Same as before. Hats are physically deformed and misshapen (these are supposed to be expensive, high quality Nike fitted hats). When you put one on your head, it looks even worse. After reviewing pictures, of the deformity, I was told that it meets their standards and they would not be refunding or replacing these. Smart move, LogoUp...I'll get my money back anyway by contacting my credit card co and will never consider ordering from LogoUp again, no matter how cheap they are. BUYER BEWARE.

I have a order multiple times from this company and always I have the best experience with this company I recommend to anyone who looking to have good deal

This is our first experience with LogoUp. Truly thrilled with their quality, the turn around time and the staff. I have no complaints whatsoever. Any items out of stock were disclosed immediately and the shipping was lightning fast! We had one shirt that didn't fit one of the girls (not the company's fault) and they immediately sent out a replacement. Jai was great!!

The customer service is awful and their marketing materials are misleading. Everything they send says "7-day shipping", but the FAQ (that you can only access via a link in the footer of the site) says 7 "business" days. When I wrote into to question where my order was after not receiving a notification for 13 days, I was informed that my order had already shipped and that I needed to check my spam folder for the tracking link. Why would this one email go to spam when every other email they send me goes to my inbox? I did eventually receive the notification, 2 days after my order had arrived. When I pointed out that my order was shipped late for the 2nd time in a row, I was informed that they had created the shipping label 7 business days after my order, but when I looked at the delivery timeline on USPS, the items were not given to USPS for shipment until the 8th business day. One day late is fine, except when it happens multiple times and I have told people that it would be shipped in 7 days. Instead of dealing with the issue in a positive way, customer service blames me for not getting the notification and for not knowing shipping is measured in business days. These guys need to reevaluate their customer service guidelines and stop being misleading on the service they offer.

I am very happy with the products and services I have received from LogoUp. When I have called in the past for help with anything the person on the other side of the phone is always friendly and helpful. I usually order shirts for the company as they are needed and I am always pleased at the turn around time. Its hard to believe some of the reviews on here since I have yet to run into any problems with LogoUp and I highly recommend them.

great shirts....

Believe the reviews that are out there people. This team has no idea how to get orders together, how to ship timely and follow thru. chat, email, phone - doesn't matter. There is no internal review or documentation process So we opened our business today with no shirt b/c they did not meet the deadline they promised to me. Stay local or stick with vista print.
