I have a business event on July 5th and have been seeing ads for Logoup all over the internet so I ordered 8 trucker hats online paid via credit card on June 11, 2019 was told the expected delivery date would be June 28th. I thought a little long but ok. i have emailed twice and both times was emailed back that the product most likely would ship June 28th vs be delivered on June 28th, again took and said ok, i checked this morning since i had not yet received a tracking number for the delivery, product still says Pre-Production so i called in a very nice customer service rep had to deliver the bad news that not only was the project not completed, but won't be delivered until after my event, and possibly even until July 15th... I normally use 4Imprint, which i ordered 200 Koozies, 8 Polo shirts and 150 bags for the same event on the same day, and those were all received on June 20th!!! Lesson Learned.

This was the absolute worst service I…
This was the absolute worst service I have ever been through. I tried to ordered a shirt and hat with three words on it and somehow the processing didn’t go through twice. Called the customer service and supposedly they handled it, but I received an email the next day saying my order was on hold again for not meeting the requirements to get a fee waived. I called back and the customer service worker is saying I need to spend more money to get a 49.99 fee waived that they’re charging me for a setting up the logo which wasn’t originally stated. I canceled my ordered because this place is awful with setting things clear up front. Worst service everrrrr!!!!!!

VERY slow customer service
I have ordered embroidered hats from logoup. I received my first proof within 24 hours. when I requested a change, I had to send an email about another 72 hours to get a response. After which, I didn't hear from them for another 5 days. I had to email 5 tomes before someone finally sent my final proof to approve. once I approved, I was expecting my items to be shipped out within 7 business days, as advertised on their website, but I'm on day 9 and still don't have any info. If you need something done quickly, don't use this company, as there is no telling when you will get an item. I'm not sure the quality, as I'm on the verge of just cancelling my order and using a different company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolute WORST! Their company policy is, when they make a mistake, to blame the customer, treat them like garbage when they call for clarity and do NOTHING to accommodate speeding up delivery time to make up for mistakes they made which caused delays. I was talked down to, hung up on, and yelled at when all I did was call for clarity on an item that I paid for. This is after it was listed as in-stock on the website, waiting almost a week for a proof I asked NOT to receive, and then another two days to get an email saying it's out of stock. I have ordered from them as well as Queensboro.com and I have to say the quality and customer experience was WAAAAAAAY better at Queensboro.com. I highly recommend you avoid Logoup.com at all costs when making your decision to purchase custom embroidery or anything else unless you like being abused.

Criminal Theft
After writing a bad review, they canceled my order (after waiting 14 days and nearly losing my customer. I ordered 12 hats, and when after 14 days discovered they were still 5 days away from shipping and 3 to 5 more days until I would receive them. They sent me an email after their regular hours telling me the order was canceled. I both called and email, with no response. I have not receive a refund. I tried to get on the website, but they have blocked me. I believe this is a clear theft, and now have to pursue legal action. All for twelve hats. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Almost Comical Customer Service Disaster
Sounds like my experience was similar to many others mentioned. Placed order, received merchandise with flaws and beyond their supposed delivery window (misplaced logos on hats and polo shirts...neither of which were complex or unusual.) I contacted "Quality control" and they offered to send out replacements - so far, a decent experience...although, of course, I am now a couple weeks behind in receiving uniforms.
Unfortunately, replacements arrived with similar (and in one case, more severe) issues; at this point, as anyone might imagine, I'm frustrated...however, I remain polite, professional and focused on getting a resolution quickly. This is where things take a turn into what has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any transaction with any business...ever! Literally the most bizarre encounter I've had with a business in my entire life.
When contacting Quality Control, they claimed that the Manager personally inspected the items before sending them out - which is either not true, or the "Manager" must be blind, since the logo on the women's polo shirts falls awkwardly mid-chest and the logo on the hats is like a quarter inch from the bill (the same issues that resulted in the replacement order in the first place - and neither of which resemble the proofs I was sent, nor the examples on their website.)
Eventually, after exchanging a couple of messages, they unilaterally declared that they were refunding the money for the purchase and suggested that I take my business elsewhere because they are not able to meet my "standards." It seems that they're simply not willing or able to sew a logo on garments correctly...which, if I'm not mistaken, is their entire business...
Finally, it appears my IP address has been blocked - so I cannot visit the website at all (not that I would order from them again.) I can't say as I've ever heard of this type of policy from a legitimate business...but I guess there's a first time for everything. As the title says, this was such a glaring example of what NOT to do when your business makes an error (or multiple errors in this case) that it's almost hilarious.
