Product is OK. Shipping can take a while though.

When I received my order, some items looked good, while on others, the design was stiched outside of the outline. When I contacted them about it, they did offer to replace if I sent the order back (they would pay for shipping). The problem was that my order was Christmas gifts for some of my employees and the order was received December 23rd. So, no time to return. I told them I would live with this order but wanted to confirm that future orders would be ok. They assured me that they would make sure future orders were correct. Today, I placed my next order. I received email confirmation and then an email stating that my order was cancelled, followed by an email reading "We have tried our very best to accommodate all of your requests and feel that we are unable to meet your specific needs at this time. To that end, this email is to confirm that we have cancelled your pending order(s) with us. Please be assured that no charges have been applied to your credit card and there is no further action necessary on your end. I got my husband some work clothes with his company logo on them. The clothes were very nice and some were higher quality than others, but he has really enjoyed them and looks professional on the job! Some of the brands we got were not sized like normal, but the ones that fit were awesome! I will be purchasing more today! The logoup brand polo that is their best seller were our favorite ones too! The return process was super easy too, they are a no hassle company! We are thankful we found them! Thank you Logoup!!
