Pricing can't be beat... at least hear in the Phoenix area. The online checkout can be tricky when applying discounts, but worth the effort. If you can wait 2-3 weeks for your order as i can, then you will save money and be happy, BUT if you hard to please and expect the world to bow at your feet (you know who you are) then you will be disappointed. We have purchased a great deal of logoed merchandise from LogoUp. In the past, they have been notorious for failing to send out orders within the timeframe they boast about on their webpage. Beyond that, the do not attempt to communicate with their customers about missing their self-set deadlines. That being said, we recently placed another order with them. They were running a decent sale on hats. We were willing to place an additional order with them because we did not need the hats within a specific timeframe - meaning, as per usual, they could be late with their deadline. Much to our surprise, they cancelled our order. My husband contacted them over the phone and they stated that they no longer wanted our business. I am writing a review today because I feel that their lower prices are not worth the headache they invoke for small business owners. All should be made aware that customer service is very low on this company's priority list - pitifully low.

From the beginning I experienced helpful and knowledgeable online chat support, where I was directed to a number of products that best suited my needs. I then was helped again by the art department, my mind was put at complete ease, I was shown exactly how my logo would look on the hats. Within a couple of days of confirming my proof, I was notified that my order had been shipped. When it arrived I was overjoyed!! The actual product was excellent and the embroidery looked fantastic as well. Thanks again for walking me through the process and being such a pleasure to deal with.

I was surprised to see the previous reviewer had a bad experience because on the multiple occasions I have dealt with LU I have found it to be nothing short of superb. The clothing is always top top quality, the range of products is never ending, and seems to constantly be updated and replenished. The delivery time has always been fast and within the specified time frame.

We are a medium sized business, we ordered multiple hats and shirts at the beginning of May to be sure we would have them at an event in July. That won't be happening now thanks to LogoUp taking a month to decide to cancel our order, and what's worse, they sent a form email, with no explanation as to why our order was cancelled. That is just unacceptable, and shows how little this company values its customers. Look elsewhere for your embroidery needs. These people just don't care.

Poor. Poor. Poor. Look elsewhere. I placed an order for Polo shirts with logo. After a month of NO MOVEMENT on the order, I emailed them and told them to cancel the order. I went somewhere local and got them done the same week for just a little bit more money. Then, I received a shipping notice a week or so later that stated my order was ready to ship. I emailed them and informed them I ALREADY canceled the order and not to ship the merchandise. Sure enough, a week later, a box shows up. I check my account and they debited my order the day it was shipped. I emailed them AGAIN and told them to refund my cost as I canceled the order. Still no refund. And after THREE emails, they still have not responded to ANY of my emails. So, in summary, they are SLOW and their customer service sucks.
