Very bad be aware!

I have spent over $3k with this company. I have been waiting for my latest parts for over a month. The folks there dont really seem to care if I am happy or not, (I have spoke to them several times and were not willing to send a replacement order till the other was found). Who does business like this? I had them take me off their mailing lists and cancel my order. The response from Jeff was Ho hum, anything elase?

I went through and placed an $1800 order online which was VERY tedious. I recieved a confirmation that same night and my card was processed through my bank. 3 days later I called to check on the order and the person who answered the phone was the most unhappy, unfriendly, awful customer service representative that I have ever talked to in my life. I don't think that businesses such as these understand that there are plenty of other pplaces to order from and a friendly, helpful representative goes a long way. I cancelled my order and am placing it somewhere friendly.

Used to order almost all my 60-66 Chevy parts through LMC, but no more. Their shipping rates are high and shipping is slow. I now buy from Summit and other vendors with free shipping. Just bought a part from LMC and they charged my almost $20 in freight for a $60 small item and sent it by USPS. SLOW and unreliable. No more!

Great company, would recommend! I replaced the interior of my 1997 GMC Sierra Z71. They have everything you need. My family has been using LMC for 3 generations.

I have orderd from lmc several times, it takes weeks for them to deliver even though I live less than 6 hours away. I have had orders take days to even leave the facility. The customer care is awful and has a very slow response time, the people who respond are always rude.

Place a order last week and had to pay 16.00 for shipping, which is very high. Parts were supposed to be delivered yesterday, 10/13/21 but when I called FedEx to check and see why my parts were not delivered, I was told LMC shipped by sure post and it would take 2 weeks before my part would be delivered. I called LMC and was told they wouldn’t do anything for 10 business day and I was SOL on my parts and money till then. NEVER AGAIN!!! Over priced for shipping and BAD customer service.

Absolutely a huge disappointment. Order some parts on Monday at 08:30 after a hour I called LMC's customer service number when I asked why my order hadn't posted in almost a hour and a half I was told to "check your account after 5pm" that was Monday it is Wednesday at 7:00pm and my order still hasn't posted.... they had no issues taking my money 45 minutes after the order had been placed order has yet to be even entered. Very disappointed in this company and Would never recommend doing any business with them ever. After discussing this issue with a friend of mine. He also disclosed that any products from LMC made of rubber are absolutely trash and fall apart with in months of installation. Buyer be aware horrendous horrible service and sub standard Chinese junk products.
