Long story made short. I spent a ton of time on the phone ordering an a/c system for my 71 K10 trying to make sure I had everything before I began this project as I drive this truck. After receiving what I thought was a complete kit I took my truck apart. Well 3 weeks later my truck is still not done kit was not complete and their customer service has no clue what I need. I called old air products whos kit they sold me and figured it out but part is a week away. I’ve spent a ton of cash with lmc and will spend no more. Terrible customer service.

Ordered before Christmas have made several orders always been amazing company . Well they proved themselves to be terrible customer service was horrible and as previously stated above did not care had attitude told us to drive to the state they were located to listen to our previous phone call. Parts sat at fed ex for 2 half months they had parts shipped back to them no email paper trail or phone until almost 3 months we call and they say they just got part . We now have no part no refund and the lady made our tempers fly with the way she talked down to us and literally worst customer service ever experienced. LMC we are embarrassed to say we have ever ordered from you . Your customer service had the nerve to say “you haven’t bought that much from us”. When we redid a complete 1985 chev . Slap in our face

I order an order threw the phone and had free shipping, waited for an email that i provided with the employee, never received an email never received an invoice , call or email. I called back today and they changed all their prices and know i have to pay about $200 more. I talked to Maria and she said their is nothing she can do because her company employee didn't correct my email as I told her. Thank you for not caring about you customers,,,

I ordered from them a couple of times before. I had nothing but good experience from them. They have products that nobody else has, include that was fast shipping. I 100% recommend

Ordered a rear bumper for my 1990 Chevy Silverado part number 38-9774, paid $400 total and was happy with my purchase. After receiving the bumper I noticed the License Plate Light Lens Covers were not chrome as was shown in the product photos but instead sent blk ones. I thought this would be a simple fix since the difference in price from the blk ones they sent compared to the chrome ones in the product photo was only a $1. So I give a quick call to customer service to get me sent out some chrome ones and I offered to return the blk ones. I was immediately confronted by the customer service rep with a attitude of “how can I win this argument” rather than “what can I do to find a solution for the customer that just ordered a $400 dollar bumper from us?”. I am still so blown away by the experience. No customer relation shown. No understanding. No sympathy. No helpfulness. Just pure argumentative and belittling. It is worth for them to save $1 than retain a long time customer and advocate. I’ll happily order them from another website for double the price based on the experience. I DO NOT recommend LMC truck.

Ordered over 500 dollars worth of parts about a month ago, used a 20 percent off coupon I received from attending the Git Down in AZ. Well I got the wrong grille and sent it back (they tried forcing me to pay for shipping as well). I still have not received my refund and it’s been a week since they received the part back. On to the replacement grille they sent me, which was more expensive and they refused to honor the 20 percent coupon I used. More importantly; the grille I received had a giant crack down the center, and I only received the grille after the atrocious shipping delays they seem to be dealing with. I will contact them tomorrow and ask for full refunds on everything, if they refuse I will file a claim with my bank to reverse the transaction—they are misrepresenting the parts they sell (the headlight bezels I received were extra money due to being premium, they are no different than standard. I get that we’re in a pandemic and customer service is tough now, but you seem to be taking advantage of that to give bad service. You also forget I work hard for my money, it took three days of me showing up to my job(just like you all do), to pay for those parts. Only to get broken parts and misrepresented parts.

Strongly recommend staying away the worst customer service I have ever seen the parts are cheap most of them never fit and when you try to return they pretty much say can’t help ya your ordered wrong year then you go back look at order number it is in fact the correct year for everything I spent 1300$ with this place and used 20$ part and was able to shop everything back finnaly after hassling with them trying make me pay 500 ship it back! They had semi pick it up then when I got refund finnaly it was only 600$!!?really?Stay away from these guys

Was sent a kit that contained missing parts. Lmc basically said they couldn't do much besides possible send me a replacement after I take pictures and return the wrong parts to them. Will no longer be ordering from them.
