I bought $6,000 in many parts around 160 items. I only received 5 items. In 4 boxes...one of the boxes weighs 5LB and the label says 150LB, all the pieces should come in the package, but only one item was charged. I called FedEx and they said the label was created by them LMC and sometimes they don't check the weight. It is impossible for all the items to fit in one box and weigh exactly 150 lbs.I called LMC truck for help who don't want to help I tell them to do the whole list again and double check if this will fit in a box with the same measurements and check the weight again to see if maybe they made a mistake... but they don't want to help at all. I lost $6,000. Another things in the list which I made they only loaded the last 5 items in the invoice … weird right ?

Alex at LMC Truck offered the worst customer service I have experienced yet!! Order is three weeks on Fed Ex truck and no delivery date. Alex offered an audit which will take another 14 days. I want my money back! No! I just have to wait two more weeks and then pay more to ship back?? Alex left me feeling like LMC Truck absolutely does not care... Finally contacted Fed Ex and they let me know LMC used the cheapest of the cheap shipping and could take a month... Fed Ex really used those words cheapest of the cheap!! I paid $28.75 for shipping and they cheaped out.. I guess I paid for handling not shipping?? Bottom line Alex made me feel like dirt and three weeks out no package. I will never use LMC again!!!!

Paid for parts - never received then. Had to fight for refund - yet to get refund.

Ordered a core support, radiator, and full mounting kit for my 76 f150. I ordered on December 5th and it charged my account but I didn't receive anything. Finally emailed a few days ago and wouldn't you know my parts show up yesterday, April 6th. Well I didn't get my mounting kit. Got my core support and radiator but not my 300 dollar mounting kit. Well today I go to withdraw some cash and my account was way lower than what it should have been. Looked and they charged me again. They have charged me for 1,200 two separate times for the same order. For a total of 2,400 and still missing parts

i bought parts and paid for shipping . i have had 5 separate dates of delivery in 5 days , each day the delivery has been delayed and updated, call in and the lmc personal does not care .

Purchased some parts for my Chevy truck and I could not be more disappointed. The parts are total junk. All I can say is Buyer Beware.

Ordered a defrost duct hose for my 57 Chevy pu truck. Received 1 1/2" dia. should have been 2". They said it was my mistake even though they did not have the size mentioned in their catalog. I have to pay the shipping to send it back. Customer service stinks there. Last purchase I will make from them. Good thing it's not a lot of money invested like some other folks I've read here. Update: Thanks for offering the refund but I already sent the hose back yesterday at my expense. I still need the correct 2" hose for my 57 Chevy pu truck.

I ordered complete stainless steel break lines, master cylinder, all 4 wheel cylinders , all 4 drum break kits, all 4 drums for a 1966 Chevy C10 1/2 ton. The new rear rubber flexible hose fitting did not match the new stainless steel fittings. When I called to get it straighten out I was told it was the right one. My problem was not resolved and I am now at a stand still. Does anyone out there know of a solution ?
