Received a hood for my ram pickup needed to replace a broken part on it they can’t replace the part now I’m stuck with a 500 dollar hood will never purchase anything from this company again and will definitely badmouth LMC to everyone I know

In one word " Pathetic". The fit and finnish of their products is terrible. They imply that the parts fit exactly but they usually need modifications. This has cost my shop thousands of dollars in extra labor. They have videos to show how to make crappy parts work though, but if you mess up then you have to buy it again, and wait 2 months for delivery just so it wont fit.

I purchased two rear view mirrors with brackets for my 1970 Chevrolet step side ,twice mind you and both mirrors shake.And the tightening screws on both did not tighten. Don’t buy from this LMC company unless you want to throw your money away. You have 50 percent chance in won’t fit properly. I finally learned the hard way! Buy somewhere else.

O stars!!!!! Worst shipping ever!!! Ordered 7 days ago still nothing and tracking says delivery date pending. I played a lot of $$$ for shipping and still waiting!!!! Others places you pay as much as i did for expedite shipping!!! Not happy at all lmc's shipping sucks may need to start shopping somewhere else!!!!! No happy at all !!!!!!!!!!!

Before I placed an order with them, I had tried to get in contact about the item before I bought it. I asked if it was the correct part as it said I needed 2 of them, but on my truck they weren't symmetrical. They treated me like a complete moron and told me that if the website says it's what I need, that's what I need. After I received the items, they of course didn't match. They make you pay for the return shipping, and they refund you only the price of the items. You will not get the original shipping and you will also be charged a restocking fee for unopened and unused items. I ended up ordering a different model and they fit perfectly, but now I am out $30 for receiving the wrong item and unfortunately LMC was the only company who had it.

I've been burned by low quality, non usable products, or OEM replacement items that do not fit. I'd say I'm at more than 50% failure rate with LMC. Since they do not accept refunds after the package has been opened, and they do not allow reviews of the products they sell on their site, I am putting this review here. My hope is that they improve the quality because most of their stuff is not inexpensive.

Listen lmc sells good quality stuff never had any issues but the shipping cost is ridiculous

I called customer support about body panels on a 1972 chevrolet and the person on the phone told me I would have to go to the dealer to get the parts. ITS A 1972 IS YOUR SUPPORT THAT STUPID
