I ordered door sill plates for my 78 f150 truck. The door sill plates arrived and the product wasn't great. I should have ordered higher quality ones @ Dennis Carpenter. So a couple days go by and another set of sill plates arrive on my door step. I checked my email and only had one confirmation that I ordered them. Then I checked the bank account and I was charged twice ! After calling LMC to return their mistake. They told me I purchased them twice on two separate dates and I had to pay the shipping to return them. I couldn't believe it. I will be shopping elsewhere for my restoration parts.

I put in over $4000 dollar order an they charged me twice for one item the most expensive item in my order $454.95, instead of crediting my credit card back they made me wait until I received my order an returned the item they doubled up on ,and then said you will get your refund in a month ,so here I sit paying interest on my credit card for there screw up ,now starting on the 5th week since the money was billed to my credit card ,had worked with these guys at LMC since 1999, I just can't believe I am being treated like this !

J’ai commandé une dizaine de pièces pour l’intérieur de mon f100 de 1964. Habitant en France j’ai dû m’acquitter des frais de Douanes habituels. Sauf que mon colis est resté bloqué plus de 2 semaines à l’aéroport de Paris. Après avoir contacté LMC, ils ont tout de suite pris les choses en main et accéléré le processus. Un grand merci à eux pour leur réactivité. C’est très appréciable. Colis reçu et pièces installées dès la réception 👍

I recently installed a V8 in my 1984 Chevrolet pickup. It already had a V8 radiator in it, but was missing a fan shroud. LMC to the rescue. The part was in stock and shipped very quickly. Install was very easy as well.

I PURCHASED A STAINLESS BED RAIL CAP SET. FOR MY 1996 F250 FROM CANADA. WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WAS A COMPLETE SET WHICH INCLUDED THE TAILGATE CAP AS WELL WHAT A RIP OFF PRICE I PAID FOR THIS SET .THE PRICE WENT FROM $157.67 THAT,S THE PRICE LISTED NOW IN THEIR 2023 EDITION CATALOGUE VOL.3 FD.77WHEN I PURCHASED MY ORDER FROM THEM 08/18/2023 THEY CHARGED ME $168.65 USD FOR THE SAME SET FOR 2 BED RAILS THIS COMPANY IS PRICE FIXING ALL THE TIME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER AND THE RATE THEY ARE DOING IT THEY SOON WILL NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS TO BUY THEIR PARTS ANY MORE BUY THE TIME I PAID FOR THE DUTY AND TAXES PLUS STANDARD DELIVERY AND HANDLING WITH THE CANADIAN EXCHANGE RATE AT THE TIME OF MY PURCHASE MY TOTAL COST FOR THESE PARTS CAME TO $422.67 CAD WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF DOING BUSINESS IN THE US WITH OUR CRAP CANADIAN DOLLAR TO US EXCHANGE RATE I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LMC TRUCK AGAIN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU WITH A PRICE ISSUE THE REASON I HAD TO BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THIS COUNTRY DO NOT STOCK PARTS FOR THE OLD TRUCKS THAT I HAVE RESTORED I,AM A MILITARY AIRCRAFT MECHANIC AND I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS FROM LMC AGAIN.

Make sure you check your order fully because if you miss something,they say too bad.U order $2600 worth of stuff and didn't realize the shocks came separately.Got ready to install and noticed only 1 shock in each box. $65 @ and wanted $20 to ship each.

wrecked my 82 suburban …i got every catalog i could find ..brothers,classic industries,eckler,and,even summit..i put together numerous shopping carts …out of all of them lmc had everything…down to a bolt kit ….i got a core support ,fenders,hood , hinges ,inner fenders , lighting .battery trays ,hood locks and cable ,grill components , light buckets , light bezels,all moldings and chrome trim ,and a few other things they sent the order in 3 pieces 2 ground shipping and one on a truck….other places charged truck frieght for each oversized part …lmc charged one time oversized fee…it was my first big order i’ve ever placed ….everything arrived timely packaged nickey no damage…and i needed the stuff quick i called and talks to customer service and they picked my order same day and shipped it out next…..i’m gonna do a whole restoration and i’m gonna only use lmc ….and one more thing i got all of the premium parts they were a dead match to oem with fitment and strength….plus at a better price point then some other places lower end body parts….def give them a try …even if you happen to find one piece at a better price somewhere else just know the quality of lmc ‘s tooling is amazing…

I emailed them to ask which hard brake lines fit my vehicle and the response I got was they couldn't help me because they weren't "licensed mechanics". I didn't ask them to fix it just tell which kit I needed. Pathetic!
