I ordered some parts from this company and then I returned them I payed $400 for the shipping myself .Since they said they were not responsible for the shipping fees.They said they would refund with the total amount to my card. 4 months passed and I still don't have my refund so I called and say that they will not refund me for the amount.Clearly this company does not care about there customers. I would not recommend to anyone and I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I will never use this company again.... as a restoration shop owner i have ordered many many parts from LMC truck and over the years i have sent hundreds of my clients to them and i can not believe i feel this way after my last purchase . i had a client come to me with a catalog with some gauges he wanted installed into his truck . i ordered them from LMC along with a GPS sending unit to work with them ,well after installing them into the truck we figured out they were defective so i called the companyu that made them hoping that thier tech would be able to help and at first he did,yet after checking for a certin problem and trying to get the tech back on the phone several times it was apperant he was not going to call back so i reached out to LMC and explained that i would like to return them as they did not work and we could not get any help from the manufacture, they agreed so i boxed all the parts back up and i even paid for the shipping to send them back and after all that lmc is tring to refund me 688.00insted of the 1047.59 i spent to buy this defective product then when i called to complain the lady to me there was a restocking fee then she changed and said that they had to throw the parts out because they had been installed what a crock of bull. so for this company to send me defective parts ,cost my shop hours of service to find out they were defective and the cost to ship back to them it cost me 359.59 this is how this company does biz now a days ...i will never buy from them again and i hope others read this and find another vendor as well ...martin sutton order number 8206810

Where to start..I was really excited to find a semi local US based place to get the parts I needed for my truck. Was. Found my stuff and ordered it all but then a couple days after I put the order in I was told I had to call them with my credit card info, that I’d already submitted online..weird but ok. When the parts were shipping half of it was shipped to a totally different address from where I requested it be shipped to. To my billing address which is not even in the same town as where I needed the parts. When I asked about this I was told ‘oh we sometimes do that because it’s cheaper in shipping’. Cheaper for who? I never saw that discount and now had to go out of my way to try and get the part because the company decided Without my ok to ship it where They decided. Finally got all the parts together and find out one doesn’t fit. No worries since it was still bubble wrapped and original box right? I contacted the company to see what needed done to return it, if there were any return fees, etc. They didn’t question taking it back but told me I Must be present for the pick up when returning it; and always avoided the question about return fees. Scheduled time out of my job to be available when the driver came to pick the part up; they didn’t need a signature, didn’t give me a bill of lading or anything to track it on it’s way back and said no I never needed to be there for them to have picked it up. Few days go by and I’ve heard nothing from the company whether they received the part or not; contact them to see if they could tell me the tracking so I knew where things were in the return process. They couldn’t but said a refund had been processed on my card. That refund turns out to be Less than 50% of what I paid for the part. Now I questioned Again if there was return fees or restocking fees; Now they say there was return shipping cost. Which I asked at the very start of this before sending it back. I would have gladly sold the brand new pieces myself had I know my $600 order was going to give me less than $200 return. Is it customary not to be transparent with the customer when they ask about fees? Incredibly disappointed in this whole experience with this company; almost bought more parts from them until all this happened and I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money with this company again. Update: upon making this review they now gave me more money back from my order. Had I not made the review they would not have. Had they been honest when I asked from the beginning about return cost, etc the review would never have been made. Still out money but it’s a shame it had to come to a public review to get results since the honest way it worked with the company wasn't presented when asked.

The parts at BEST are sub-par quality.Buyer beware! They also do NOT do what they say! They told me on one of the parts that was broke to order another and they will not charge me....wrong!!! They charged me but sent me an invoice showing no charge???? My bank statement showed they did!!! SO when I call they still say no, they didn't charge me???I believe my bank statement NOT LMC!!! Will never do business with them again!

I ORDERED A REAR VIEW MIRROR FOR AN F 150 TRUCK. I RECEIVED A MIRROR THAT WOULD NOT FLIP TO DAY OR NIGHT. THE FLIP MECHANISM WOULD MOVE AND THEN RETURN TO THE MIDDLE. I SENT IT BACK A MONTH AGO AND THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A RETURN. i ASKED THEM ABOUT A REIMBURSEMENT ON ($17) SHIPPING AND THEY DO NOT DO THAT ON WEB ITEMS EITHER. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

This is a review for product 47-4172 roof cab light assembly for ford f series 1980-90s. I have ordered from LMC before and received quality products but these lights are terrible. They are poor quality with a lousy designed gasket that will probably leak and the bulb sockets dont fit the factory plugs so you have to cut and splice on new pigtails for the bulbs. I ordered from LMC with the intention of getting an OEM quality replacement and instead I got something I could have got from amazon - a cheap piece of junk. I ordered these lights months ago but just got around to install them now. Not sure if I can even return them and by the time I pay the return shipping and restocking fee its not even worth it, so these lights went right into the trash can where they belong! So I went to NAPA and got the closest thing to OE lights instead. It seems like LMC is now like most of the other venders in carrying cheap crap parts. I will not order anything else from LMC This is an update for the above review as of 11/23. I received a phone call from a manager from LMC and I received a full credit from LMC for the cab lights I purchased. Yes I was not satisfied with the product but I am satisfied with their customer service. So I will purchase products in the future from LMC because I am now confident that if I have a problem they will take care of it.

I read the reviews here AFTER I placed my order with LMC and the reviews made me extremely uneasy. After seeing a lot of the bad reviews here, I wondered if I'd made a mistake. BUT, I placed an order on the Oct 15th, it was shipped on the Oct 19th and it arrived the Oct 21st so they may take a few days to fill the order but they made up for it with shipping which earned them the five stars from me.

STAY AWAY FROM LMC TRUCK! NOT WORTH THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE. I ordered a one piece front floor Mat with hump from their Sales rep on the phone and received a floor Mat for hump only $87 dollars I was told they come in 3 pieces after I called and said your catalog shows a picture of one full piece you said that's correct one. LMC staff is not trained well,anyway back and forth Me and the sales rep went I said I want a full refund. So I returned the item back took about a week USP.I had to pay $45 dollars for shipping on top of the part $87 now they have They're part back. I asked. When will I get my money back? They said in 3 to 4 weeks. Why,I said, it didn't take me that long to pay you? You got paid the same day that I ordered the item now give me back my money. What's so hard about that LMC truck is not what I thought they were. The quality is no good. The professionalism is not there. I wouldn't trust this company for any restoration parts. They don't care about the consumer, there just trying to get a quick buck.
