I gave the ColorBond interior paint a try. The color cans worked great. The clear coat cans didn't spray even. And after a couple of minutes of use they started to spit. Leaving globs of clear all over my trim. Which required resanding. I changed direction and went with a spray gun type paint. It was a real waste of time and money. The ColorBond paint per can is pricey. Its a better deal using a spray gun. Never again with Colorbond rattle can paint.

Not happy with LMC. I placed on order last Monday afternoon. Got tracking on Wednesday with an arrival for today( Saturday) and found out it’s a split order after seeing my package at the door step. Now my truck will have to sit on jack-stands for another week since they are short staffed and behind according to their customer service employees which isn’t an excuse nor is my problem. I asked for an express shipping option and apparently they don’t offer that. Should notify customers about split ship orders. I would have cancelled and took my business elsewhere. I’ll give it until Monday to receive a tracking number otherwise I will call in to cancel. Communication is key to success and they definitely do not have it.

We are experiencing longer processing times than normal on the larger parts/orders. We are working as quick as we can to get these orders shipped.

Just take note if you order from this site they take forever to ship your stuff. I've been on and off the phone with them all week about when are they going to send tracking they keep lying to me and telling me. Oh don't worry sir in 24 hours it will be updated, but never got updated I'm getting very sick of them I can't even review the parts because I can't get them sick of them.

Shipping times are very slow. It always takes 3 or 4 business days to ship. I never have this problem with NPD. //EDIT: based on their response below, my order status still says “processing” 2 days after they are telling me below it’s shipped. I haven’t received any notification that it has shipped. And it hasn’t been only this part that is slow to ship. Non-freight parts take several days to ship out too. I try to avoid LMC unless NPD doesn’t carry the part.

The customer service is wonderful, I never received my catalog for my truck, And they had me confirm something with them and we were all set to get me one shipped. Like I said wonderful customer service. Thank you for the experience I had!

Bought a $400 bolt-on exhaust. One piece came at wrong length. Confirmed we had ordered the correct part per the product description. Complained to LMC and got the run around trying to have us work with their vendor who would not reply to us. Provided several pictures and still no help in offering to send us a refund nor replacement. Very disappointing after being a repeat customer for several years. Not sure if we will ever use LMC again due to this poor service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you there was an issue with the length of one of the pipes in the exhaust kit. We did advise twice (in December of 2023) that we needed for you to reach out to the Vendor, as this is a vendor that prefers to work directly with the end consumer. We did make an attempted on 3/14 to reach out, advising we’d be happy to either reship the part or credit you for the part. We look forward to hearing back from you.

My order was a very simple one, replacing parts related to a broken clutch rod on a 1974 F100. I was impressed by LMC Truck's comprehensive catalog. The replacement parts fit great, and I'm happy to report that the truck is back on the road. Shipping wasn't super fast, but was acceptable, especially considering that the parts were cheaper than anywhere else. 100% chance I will use LMC Truck again.
