ordered all the new door parts for both doors on my 1998 Silverado....parts shipped...opened boxes to find door handles which needed to be installed first were not in the box..or on the order sheet...called customer service still on the dock in Lenexa kansas guess it is too much to apologize and then overnight them......i learned my lesson with this company...ordered new handles from Amazon be here tomorrow..will return LMC handles if they ever get herel

LMC Truck has the worst customer service. I purchased an item that was misleading on their site. It was supposed to be a replacement part for interior radio knobs, of course we assume it's stock for our year and model as that is how all the parts on their site work, unless specified otherwise. It ended up being a replacement part for an aftermarket accessory that does not have the same fit as an OEM. Had to return it, and after 20+ days of them having my returned item at their end, they STILL have not refunded me. I've sent 3 emails in total about getting my money back. I complained in my second email and was advised that the refund would be processed within 20 days at most. Its been 21 days, and their reply is that they have not refunded me yet, and to allow 2-3 days more. This time frame truly is ridiculous for a US Company!! In all my years, I've never had this experience from what is supposed to be a reputable legit online business! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Our family has been buying from LMC for years. This return stall has us second guessing future choices!

Any chrome part, metal or plastic, will pit, chip, fade, and turn milky in a matter of a year or so. My truck is garage kept and hasn't been outside in 2 years, down for engine maintenance, and the chrome dome light (plastic) is oxidized. That's not to mention the chrome bumpers already rusting even though they stayed polished. Don't buy anything chrome or any sheet metal components (bad experience with hoods wound up having to find an original hood because there hoods were so low quality and dented) from lmc. Use the other well known supplier that is known for OEM tooling..... You know the one

I have ordered several times parts for 1986 K20 suburban. Nearly 90% of time all parts received are in great shape and order is complete. The other 10% is to expect delays or shortages --- no big deal. Where else are you going to get parts for old trucks, especially small items. I rely on LMC to supply parts, even if I have to wait for backorders. Thanks

Placed order last week after dealing with another unreliable company for parts over 3900 in parts ordered and not one has shipped yet I would like to finish my truck some time this year but with these unreliable companies selling parts the either don’t have in stock or don’t know how to ship who knows when I will be able to finish it! Sad way to do business to say the least. 🤬

I highly recommend not using this company. I ordered parts on 5/24/2024 and was told by customer service agent that my parts would be delivered by Saturday at the latest and still no delivery. They give you a fedex tracking number that is still saying that the parts are on the for the last 3 days.Why charge the customer a delivery fee and still no resolution.Please use Amazon or any other provider that will be transparent with your order.

Unfortunately I have spent easily over two thousand dollars in parts over the years restoring my 1966 C-10 Chevy. I say unfortunately because most of the parts are from China. The last straw was a rear axle housing gasket apparently made by Interface Performance materials. Junk. Fel-Pro is 4 times as thick! Do no one check to see what’s on the market so you can see you have a comparable product??? I’m done. There are other better venders.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered small but very necessary parts for my truck and paid in full for them. They sent some but "NOT ALL" of the parts I ordered after about two weeks. (Maybe a week and a half), no biggie. When the "shortage" was discovered upon arrival. ..I called and informed them of their mistake and was "assured they'd get the part right out to me. Bull crap! I called again and informed them that I had "AGAIN" not received what I paid for and could not completely assemble the truck..."AGAIN" they assured me that it would be sent. Well I'm going on yet another two week stretch ....no part. I've waited since april 22nd to get "ALL" that I've paid for...and still nothing. I was informed the part was most definitely in stock...But they dont care. Think about it...If they have 100 orders a day and they short each customer's order of a $5.00 part...that's five hundred dollars a day. Multiply that by 365 days and that is a hefty sum of $182,000.00 a year. Nothing to sneeze at!
