Outside of beautiful look of the timepiece, the attention to detail is on point. This is my second time piece and am excited to where it. Customer service has been outstanding.

I absolutely love the LIV watch brand!!! Once you open the box and put one in your hand, you instantly know you are holding real quality. I will be ordering my 3rd very soon. I have a GX1 Rose gold cobalt with the matching silicone strap and the Black n Blue GX1 with a black stainless bracelet. Both are just so nice that i had to get a 3rd. Perhaps the Big Pilot with rivets. I am a watch collector with 68 watches of all sorts. These rank up there with my Tag n Breitlings.

I bought my first LIV watch in June—the GX1 in cool gray—and was incredibly excited for it to arrive. When I opened the box, I was initially disappointed because one side of the strap was disconnected, which took away from the unboxing experience. However, after contacting the company, customer service quickly apologized and sent me a few free gifts to make it right. It took me a moment to attach the strap myself, but once I put it on, it felt amazing. I absolutely love this watch. It has a heavy, solid, and durable feel that proves it is precision-made. The silicone rubber band is highly comfortable on my wrist, and the monochromatic cool gray look is stunning, clean, and distinct. I wear it while riding my motorcycle, out casually, and even as a semi-dress watch. It gives me a great boost of confidence every time I wear it. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5-star rating is because of that initial unboxing issue. Otherwise, it is a perfect timepiece. In fact, I loved this watch so much that my wife just bought me another LIV watch for Father’s Day!

Just received my new Trekker GMT Black Steel - this is my 3rd Liv… I was an early supporter of the P-51 Limited Edition and was so impressed with the build and quality, I came again back not once but twice. But behind the watch there is much more. I couldn’t complete this review without acknowledging their customer service, in particular Ernest. He personally secured an out of stock piece and followed the process to my door. Thank you. I am lucky to own a number of nice Swiss time pieces, but his is my daily go-to. Thank you Liv.

Why did I wait so long to buy a LIV time piece Holy shit is this watch a beauty I have a case full of watches and there is only one that is close to this LIV Trekker GMT. The watch is so masculine I got mine with the Silicone strap you can get it with the black bracelet, the silicone is so soft and feels so good against your skin. Chaz and the team are so driven to make sure your happy they wanna know what you want and they will do there best to make it happen, shipping was free and I got my watch in two days, excellent customer service.

Wish there were more ⭐️ stars….like 100! Ernest and the team at LIV does it again. I was browsing the pre loved section and the new P51s. I had been looking for a Rose Gold P51 as I sold mine to take my daughter on vacation . As I was looking, Ernest and I began chatting . (Always good to hear from you Ernest!). As I was about to purchase another P51 when Ernest remarked that he had a preloved P51 Rose Gold, Fifth edition limited . It is the exact watch . It is in perfect condition! Beautiful timepiece.My 5th LIV. He then used my accumulated points to provide a discount and shipped it overnight . Truly a customer for life .
