I have just received my GX1 Chrono Venom Yellow watch from LIV. From the moment I have chosen and paid for my watch to actually receiving it and unboxing it, it has been an excellent experience. An excellent, informative and effective website, superb information supported by videos and pictures so that you can see the watch you are interested in (all of them are beautiful:) and imagine how it would look on you. The watch came in days and arrived earlier than promised. The watch that I have received exceeded my expectations and it seemed to look even better in reality than in the pictures. Beautiful American design, paired with Swiss reliability! What more can you wish for? The passionate, professional and kind notes received from LIV throughout and after the purchase really put the cherry on the proverbial cake:) Outstanding and genuine products from kind people.

I'm super impressed with the watch...not only does it look great, but the build quality is top notch. The watch feels very solid, the components look to be high quality and the watch is very comfortable to wear. I prefer a bit of weight in my watches and this one does not disappoint. It's sexy and solid. Great job!

LIV made the whole purchasing experience super easy. Nobody likes waiting for their stuff, especially when it’s a beautiful piece from LIV. Their two day shipping made the wait bearable. Great customer service and the 5 year warranty is a very nice touch. I like having diversity in my watch collection, so I told myself I wouldn’t buy more than two LIV watches, but their customer service and beautiful inventory is making it really hard to say no to more of their watches. What started as a curiosity purchase has turned me into a die-hard fan of this brand.

It's true, the LIV watches are a desireable price considering the retail cost of a 7750 movement, sapphire glass, titanium strap, ceramic bezel all bundled together for less than £1500. BUT, if you are in the UK and receive a faulty/damaged/unfit for purpose watch, LIV fully expect the UK buyer to pay for return shipping and insurance (£130) if you request a refund as opossed to an exchange/replacement. My first watch from them would stop every night after wearing all day, and not run for the claimed 40hours it's marketed at. This means every morning I would have to wind the £900+ watch and reset the time. I had to pay for a return to the US in order request a refund. I am out of pocket now by a couple of hundred quid for the inital VAT and import taxes paid to receive the watch, in addition to paying for the return because it was faulty. Following the return of this I ordered a different model (the highest priced flagship on LIV's website), and it arrived with something stuck to the glass on the inner side of the watch! I've requested a refund but they won't accept liability and pay for the return fees. They have offered me an exchange with an offer of shipping (percentage of) ofset against a replacement, but I want my money back, and I'll be avoiding the brand unless they lauch a local UK stockist I can walk into and be served face to face. To summarise: It's cost me money to have two faulty watches sent out to me and return them to LIV. One was faulty through no fault of anyone, but the second was sent out with a manufactuer defect that should have been picked up by LIV prior to despatch. LIV refuse to pay for return shipping regardless. I'm out of pocket, and will have no watches to show for this and a sour experience as a result. I will never risk buying from LIV again, they assume no accountability and believe it is fair for the buyer to suffer costs to receive unfit for purpose goods. It is not their company policy to reimburse international postage even if they've sent out a watch that's sub-standard. I'm happy to evidence my experience with anyone that requires reassurance. The watches are nice, the purchase is a gamble. UK consumer rights offer greater protection, buy British (or at least buy goods that have already landed here where you have only the price on the tag to pay)! NB After raising my concerns more than once LIV have emailed me a pre-paid returns label. My reviews on the company website however have not been published. I have the start of the result a buyer should be offered, hopefully it'll be smooth sailing......

I purchased LIV watches in November and December 2021. I pre ordered a third watch 6 weeks ago. Last week i asked a question on the LIV Facebook group regarding the,in my opinion, poor design of the silicone strap option. This group is moderated and overseen by LIV employees. My comments were deleted and I was blocked. I appealed to LIV who agreed with the decision and I'm still blocked. I've since cancelled my pre order and am waiting a refund. I've now placed an order for a Christopher Ward watch.

Bought 2 watches through crowdsourcing site and they arrived Nov 2017. Watches are still great working conditions. Good design and quality.
