I bought my first LIV watch in June—the GX1 in cool gray—and was incredibly excited for it to arrive. When I opened the box, I was initially disappointed because one side of the strap was disconnected, which took away from the unboxing experience. However, after contacting the company, customer service quickly apologized and sent me a few free gifts to make it right. It took me a moment to attach the strap myself, but once I put it on, it felt amazing. I absolutely love this watch. It has a heavy, solid, and durable feel that proves it is precision-made. The silicone rubber band is highly comfortable on my wrist, and the monochromatic cool gray look is stunning, clean, and distinct. I wear it while riding my motorcycle, out casually, and even as a semi-dress watch. It gives me a great boost of confidence every time I wear it. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5-star rating is because of that initial unboxing issue. Otherwise, it is a perfect timepiece. In fact, I loved this watch so much that my wife just bought me another LIV watch for Father’s Day!

I've been watching this brand for a while and finally decided to purchase one, the new 44mm full lume! I love absolutely everything about the watch apart from one thing, the date window is very dark as it's a white digit on black background which in normal light is really quite difficult to read. I can't imagine why they chose to do this instead of a white background and black digit, in my opinion would have been much clearer. Would definitely have been a 5* if not for this.!!!

The products are great and the staff was easy to work with. i noticed the Saturn V Moon Dust I purchased went on sale the day I received it in the mail. The team at LIV gave me a credit for the difference, without a hesitation.

The watch looks great . The presentation box was also very nice and makes the whole experience first class. I have a number of very expensive watches ( I like to change the look) and my only feedback for improvement would be that the strap is a little squeaky and doesn't look and feel as good as my other watches . I will almost certainly be changing the strap . Overall very pleased
