Recently received a Gravel 02 McQueen that I waited for over a month. Unfortunately, the watch felt and looked extremely cheap. No better than a fake dive watch from a pharmacy. I’m still in the process of getting refunded and have found that customer service lacks any consistency. All emails come from the same address but allege being different people. Very poor experience.

My P51 arrived a month ago. It is losing time outside their claimed target. Using FEDEX to ship back from the UK has been rejected ( 3 times ) as it is valued over $800. Has anyone shipped their watch back to the US when the value is over $800. LIV " Commercial Document " said the value is $260 which is clearly under value.

I have a Divers automatic and while I love the watch it started to lose time after 2 years. I’ve contacted Liv and while the customer service has been good I have to ship to Florida to get it looked at. I’ll also have to pay for repairs! I’ve been using the rubber strap supplied but it’s been cracking between the holes so it needs to be replaced. Of course this is not cheap either. Overall from a company that prides itself in its quality I’ve been disappointed. I’ll probably stump up and get it repaired because I like the watch! I have a TAG for 15 years and it’s been faultless.
