I am thrilled with the customer service I received from Ernest P. My new watch had an issue with the crown. My issue was resolved and Ernest took great care into making the situation a seamless process. I would give more stars if I could. This type of customer service deserves a great review.

I have been seeing these watches advertised for severaI months and began seriously looking to purchase one of their watches a few weeks ago and really like the P51 model. After researching the company doing my due diligence and reading lots of positive reviews I contacted Ernest who's name was mentioned in a lot of reviews. I explained to Ernest that I really liked the P51 models but I like features from 3 different watches and the one I wanted did not exist. I asked Ernest if I could combine the features from these different watches and have them make me a custom watch? After checking with Chaz the co-founder he called me back said they could do that and asked what I was looking for? I explained that I wanted the black and off white dial from the Night Vision P51, The Rose Gold case from the 42.8 mm Goldfinger P51 and the Rose Gold and black bezel from the Big Pilot Twilight Tear Rose P51 with a Black Alligator strap with a Rose Gold deployment buckle. Ernest suggested the alligator strap with the off white stitching. Without asking Ernest suggested adding Rose Gold hands on the dial and the Rose Gold crown and chrono buttons on the case to complete the look. A few minutes later Ernest emailed me an invoice including all of my specifications and within minutes the purchase was complete. I recieved my watch a few days later and was thrilled with how it came out and the quality of the watch. Upon opening the packaged I was impressed with the presentation. I even recieved an email with a personal video thanking me for the order from the co-founder and stating based on my order I appeared to be a non conformist which fit right in with their company. During the order process I mentioned to Ernest I was taking a cruise out of Miami to the Dutch Antilles in December and he said I will need a rubber strap for swimming and included one with his compliments. He also asked the dates I would be in Miami and he invited me to visit their shop on December 4th the day after I arrive. I am very happy with the watch and cannot say enough great things about my concierge Ernest and the flexibility of him and this company in their willingness to meet my special request. Ernest said the staff really liked how the custom watch came out and they even named it the Tracy Special. If you are considering purchasing a watch from this company I think you will be happy with the quality and craftsmanship and I highly recommend choosing Ernest as your concierge.

I finally broke down and bought one of these Liv watches GX1 Swiss Silver panda I just have to say I love it. I’m not a silicone band, but this band is nice. The watch is nice. The quality is nice and I have a couple dozen watches. The packaging is unbelievable. You guys gotta try out one of these watches 10 out of 10.

I like most new watch enthusiast have been spending a lot of time studying and learning about what makes a Watch Great. From the movements, Sapphire crystals, 316L stainless steel. Liv has done their homework. Everything big name watches have without breaking the bank. But there’s one thing that separates LIV from the big name brands. That is Chaz and his team. From James, Ozzy, Ernest. Just a few that have reached out to me to make sure I had everything I needed. I found with the big name brands most of the time. I don’t even get a returned email. I almost forgot to mention the thing that separates them in my opinion over the rest. The design. WOW!! I have the black and orange GX-1 with an orange silicone strap. And let me tell you everyone notices that lol. I got my leather bracelet with a quick deploy today.

Liv has done it again love the ruggedness on my new gravel stealth 🥷 and the Swiss movement is insane 👍🏻

Another great buying experience from LIV! Purchased my second P-51 Pilot and loving it! Great product, great price, and great staff.

First of all, the watch is beautiful. It appears to be well made with exceptional craftsmanship and materials. So the quality of appearance is top notch. Really, I can’t stress enough pretty it is. I just received it so I will not comment on reliability but the 5 year warranty says a lot. Shipping was fast. I ordered it over the weekend and received it on the following Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition and the unboxing let me know I bought something really special. I had some communication with Chaz about the shipping and he was very helpful and quick to respond. If you are looking for a unique boutique timepiece that will certainly get a lot of compliments, I highly recommend giving Liv watches serious consideration.
