I’ve been looking at Liv watches for quite some time now. I decided to order the GX1 Ocean Blue. Liv gave me a discount & free hat. I was kept well informed of my order. They even reached out to me thanking me for my order. I was very impressed when the package arrived. Just the way the watch was packaged was very exciting to open up. They even sent a cleaning kit. I’m on a budget since i’m getting ready to retire soon. With that said i will buy again from Liv!!! They’re fantastic. Thank you again Chaz, James & Ernest.

I have bought a number of watches from Liv and the customer experience is always first class. This time I bought a Gravel full lume and Ernest looked after me from start to finish, making the whole experience a pleasure. As always, the quality of the watch is top class, these guys really do manufacture a quality product.

I was A bit hesitant because I’ve never heard of LIV Watches before, but Ernest was a huge help in the decision making and buying process. I obviously liked the watch when looking online, but as I was Unboxing it I was blown away with how great it looked. I placed my order directly with LIV. Very quickly, I received notifications that the order was received, and shipment was underway with excellent tracking. All of the questions that I had were answered immediately. If this company only existed on customer service, it would be one of the best. However, the watch is beyond compare. The quality of craftsmanship and assembly are evident. The appearance and look and feel of the Watch second to none. I pass through security gates frequently for my work. Every time I have worn this watch since receiving it, the security guards always comment on how well it looks! To me as a Watch collector that is awesome. I highly recommend this company and their time pieces.
