Greatly enjoyed buying my latest addition to my watch collection, a Big Pilot P-51 with full lume from LIV Watches. Got the one with a white dial and black bezel in a titanium bracelet. It looks amazing. Also got the black rubber strap with white accents. Looks amazing too. The customer service is awesome. I mean by this that they were engaged from the moment I was curious and exploring their timepieces all the way through the sale and after-sale process. I was offered to chat on phone if it would help answer questions and I took advantage of that option too. When I ordered the timepiece, LIV Watches asked if I wanted the bracelet adjusted to my wrist size and they did. It fit perfectly upon receiving it. They kept me informed of the shipping and followed up after delivery notification to make sure I had what I needed. They have a support team ready should I have any after-sale questions. Finally, I really enjoy the passion of the LIV Watches team. It is contagious in a good way. You get pumped up about your new timepiece. :-) I definitely recommend LIV Watches. Very satisfied new owner of an excellent timepiece. I look for quality and innovation; coolness and beautiful dials in the timepieces that join my watch collection, and I got that from my new P-51.

I purchased a watch that failed to meet my expectations. It was a nice looking watch but one that I would never use. I returned it. LIV confirmed that they received it and that I should expect a full refund. Refund was never issued. Had to contact my cc company to dispute and get my refund.

2nd LIV purchase in 3 weeks! For #2, I went with the GX1 Sky Blue in Stainless Steel strap. Because the Stainless Steel is backordered, Ernest found the Italian Leather in Black/Blue and it goes beautifully! I love these two watches so much that I just placed LIV order #3 for a GX-Divers. Shout out to Ernest and the entire LIV team the awesome customer service and watch quality!!

After spending many hours searching for a new watch from dozens of manufacturers, I came back to LIV watches where I had previously purchased from them. LIV’s marketing and customer service offer the best experience possible. Their watches are classy yet trendy, and there is virtually something for everyone. I am more than thrilled to have ordered my second LIV watch! The confidence in knowing that their watches are made by the best watchmakers in the world is unmatched at an affordable price as far as watches are concerned. I know there will be LIV watch #3 sometime in the future!

Liv is a new watch brand to me. I liked the look of the chronographs and decided to order a ‘pre loved’ refurbished one. It arrived today and is as new. Packaging is amazing and I am over the moon with the watch. Quality is great and I am looking forward to wearing it.
