Ordered utopia sectional customization on 4th of Aug. It says it will take about 6-8weeks since it is customized. Alright that's fine. So I ordered. Its 17th of Nov and I just got a messaged saying that it will be delivered in December...Are you kidding me? Everytime I ask them about it, all they tell me is wait. Like really? Can't even cancel because it's customized. Don't lie at first that it will only take 6-8weeks, if it takes way longer than that. If I knew, I will be living without a sofa this long, I won't even ordered from them at first place. Never ever ordering from these guys ever again. The sectional better be all good, shiny and perfect when it arrives since it took you guys way more than enough to make it. ---------UPDATE----------- I just got my sectional..and guess what? It came in two different colors. I ordered Caitlin flax color which is white with grayish stitches. The chaise came in right color but main body sofa came in totally different color, its darker gray....really? omg are you kidding me? Its that hard for you guys to get the colors right when it took you that long?! I called and they tell me at first that maybe the warehouse mixed up your order and then the delivery guys mixed up...and finally they tell me to wait another 8-10weeks so that they can get me the right color for the body part. NO WAY, I waited enough for this nonsense this sectional is not worth the money and your precious time, please don't buy from them.

We ordered a special order sectional, ottoman, and chair July 3rd and were told it would be 6-7 weeks to receive. After 14 weeks, we finally got our sectional and ottoman...but no chair. Today it has been 18 weeks since our order was placed and was told that the chair is missing and needs to be reordered. I was told that they would give me a credit of $100 bringing the price down to $850 for the chair and it would be ELEVEN TO TWELVE WEEKS to receive it. No thank you! I'm disgusted at how poorly ran this business is. Hot garbage!!!

The product was OK, but we signed up for a 5-year "no questions asked" warranty which, according to the saleswoman, will cover EVERY ACCIDENT and we will get a replacement for the couches no questions asked. we bought 2 couches and paid for the insurance. Turned out, no questions asked is a scam. We filed one claim for a broken zipper which was disputed because it was over 30 days (while the insurance is for 5 years) and another one for a stain from pet feces and they sent us a cheap cleaning kit instead. The insurance is a scam and a lie. We called customer service and all we received was "Sorry for the miscommunication." Such a disappointment, will never come back again. They will be losing valuable customers over $100 insurance scam.

I bought a couch August 21st 2020 with custom upholstery, which is offered by them. I was told by the manager at that time that this would take 2-3 weeks before it arrived in the store. I checked back in 3 weeks later. When I spoke with a cashier they informed me the average time for this has actually been about 8 weeks. So either I was lied to or the manager was not informed of delayed production. Either way I left a feedback comment internally with them on their site. It is now over right weeks later and I have yet to receive any response on this. Also, as a side note, if I don't want to spend 40 minutes waiting on the phone through their system I have to physically go to the store to check on my order, which is just unnecessarily inconvenient. I checked back in on this at 8 weeks, this past Friday, and the manager was to busy on a conference call to speak to me. The cashier I spoke with said they would email me an update on the order that evening, which have yet to receive. I don't feel like I'm asking for much. I spent $2500 on a couch and would like to know where it is and when I can expect it. It's ridiculous I still don't know and I should have been informed up front about this lead time instead of being fed false/inaccurate information. I guess I'll go back tomorrow... We'll see if I can find someone who cares enough to give me some information on where my order is.

Having the worst time getting through a claim for a chair that the service department ruined trying to repair a button. Chair is still a stock item and needs to be replaced. I purchased the extra warranty and each time I file a claim they deny it. They ruined my chair, all I want is an easy replacement! Where are the local phone numbers?! I want to speak to a person. No more texting and emailing- I want a human!

We will see how our next delivery turns out, but our first two deliveries from Living Spaces was great. The initial communication about the delivery was a bit underwhelming and difficult, but overall, they arrived on time and packages/dining table, outdoor furniture and nightstand were as expected. We went back and ordered a sectional couch from them because the process was so easy. In general, furniture fulfillment right now is a disaster, so all of these negative reviews about timelines being extended far beyond what they tell you - that's happening everywhere due to COVID. I've ordered furniture from 6 different places and they all have the same issues, just a reality of the current environment.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are the worst and lie!!! I ordered my couch over two months ago still not here. They scheduled deliveries twice and made me miss work just not to receive my couch I purchased. My order number is SO-006578776 AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP OR MAKE RIGHT. I just asked for my refund after 3 months. Manager Laura from corporate was rude and did nothing to help. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT buy from this company Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.
