I went to the Irvine LSace store this afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who checked my temperature. I walked over to the living room area, as I was looking for a sectional. Very quickly, a few minutes actually someone approached me and asked if I needed help. I said I do. She said she would contact sales associate. Kaitlyn came over and greeted me. She answered my questions and I made my purchase. Hi 5 to Kaitlyn and the staff. Thank you. Peter Drivas

Don't waste your time ordering from Living Spaces
One day before our couch was due to be delivered we got a vague message that "The package did not make the transfer. There will be a delay of 1 to 2 weeks." We waited 2 weeks, still no couch. Finally we called. Apparantly the couch was damaged in transit. They had cancled the order and resubmitted it. No communication beyond the one email from the shipping company.
It's been 1.5 weeks and they still haven't refuned our card. I'm going to have to do a chargeback it looks like. Don't waste your time ordering from Living Spaces. They have no control over their supply chain and no customer service.

NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered a couch, and then I also ordered right & left facing recliners. The ONLY reason I ordered from Living Spaces was because you stated that you could deliver my furniture on August 16th between 8:00 am & 3:00 pm - several weeks sooner than any other store I looked at. However, there were several phone calls to ‘confirm’ delivery of the furniture two days before the expected delivery date. The first call informed me that the sofa was not available, and she could not provide ANY information about when I might receive it. I requested that the other pieces still be delivered, as I had no furniture in my new home. The second call was the next day by someone else (went to voicemail), who took it upon himself to place the order on hold so that I could get everything at once. I called back, was on hold for an hour, and was promised that it would be resolved, and the available pieces would be delivered as promised. I never received a phone call back. On Sunday, August 16th (delivery date), I received a THIRD call confirming delivery for Tuesday. I was obviously upset. The representative called the warehouse and was able to get the delivery rescheduled for that day – between 6pm and MIDNIGHT. The two recliner pieces were indeed delivered in the 11 o’clock hour. Still, at this point NO ONE could tell me anything about when my couch would be delivered.
On a separate order, I bought a console to place between the recliners. I chose to pick it up on August 25th between 12:00 & 7:00. I arrived as instructed, and guess what! No console was available. I didn’t receive a phone call in advance to let me know so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour out of my way for no reason. I called the help line this morning and was on hold for an HOUR and TWENTY minutes, only to be told basically that there’s nothing that can be done, and my product is on its way. No dates, no offers to ship it to me at no cost, nothing. Just blame for your customer that when I made the purchase, DESPITE having been given the ability to choose the pick-up date and time, it could still take 2-4 weeks to be delivered to the store, and that the pick-up date/time is just “when it MIGHT be available.” What kind of system is that? That is the biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone is nice to speak to, but NO ONE can answer any questions with authority, or even accuracy – just a lot of “I don’t know.”
I’m beyond upset and disgusted with this ENTIRE process with Living Spaces. I don’t know what has happened to customer service, but it is a shame that this is how you run things. I will never purchase another product from your store, and I will discourage ANYONE who asks about your store.

Delivery times/ customer service
We came in and ordered an expensive sectional on the 4th of August. We were quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery. I called today to get an update because it has been more than 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything. According to the representative I spoke to it will not arrive in the warehouse until September 13 and delivery will be scheduled after that. 6+ weeks for delivery. We are a military family and currently do not have a couch because we got rid of ours before we PCSed here. If you are in any hurry DO NOT GO HERE. Customer Service could use some work too.

1 STAR
1 STAR, They do not reply to email, chat, telephone calls etc. Purchased a couch, they said 6-8 weeks max and it has now been 9 weeks. At least communicate and let me know the status.

Most awful delivery experience ever
I would give them no stars if I could. The sales experience was fine. The delivery was a nightmare. I got a call at 6:47AM saying my furniture would be here in 30 minutes. You're fortunate I was awake. They showed up 45 minutes later at 7:30am and sat there in their truck until I went outside and asked them why they were just sitting there. The delivery window was 8-11am. They come in and get started, they kept leaving the door standing open. It's summer in Texas, AC is expensive, it's just rude. They didn't wear booties to protect my wood floors. About 20 minutes into the delivery they just disappear. I check and they're outside hanging out by the truck. Finally one of them comes back in and says that they have the wrong headboard. They've called and arranged to get the right headboard out later that afternoon. They say I will receive a call in 10 minutes to an hour. There is no call. 9:30am I call the toll free number and am told they have no record of the issue. They can cancel the current headboard and get the right one ordered but they can't come back until between 6pm and midnight. Are you freaking kidding me? I have reservations at 6:30pm that I made months ago. It's my first date night in more than 4 months. I ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor Lauren, has the audacity to raise her voice to me. I hung up. I went into the store and spoke to a manager and they give me the same song and dance. I have zero choice. I have to cancel my plans or I have no place to sleep for the night. The manager tells me I should be one of the first stops between 6pm-Midnight. Yet another lie. I'm the last stop. They show up at 9pm. 9pm, an hour after I'm normally in bed. 9pm. This whole delivery experience was abysmal. YOU messed up. YOU should make it right on MY timeline, not yours. There HAS to be flexibility in the system to fix things when you screw up. I will be posting this review in as many places as I can find because people deserve to know the truth about how you treat your customers. They did waive the deliver/set-up fee but only because I asked. I will not be going back, which is sad, because I really like their furniture.

STAY AWAY!!!
Worst place to buy furniture, sales people don’t know what items are in stock. Customer service needs to learn how to provide what their name means! The delivery process is a JOKE. They don’t listen to the time and date you need to have the furniture delivered. Took two months to deliver two pieces of furniture. They set you up for delivery then deliver at different date and time.

The worse experience
The worse experience! We purchased as sofa that includes a two set of pillows per our contract. Couch was delivered, but no brackets so they had to come back two days later. Then one set of pillows are missing!!!! We called multiple times to follow up but today we were told that they will not send them unless we send a photo of the contract......6 weeks later!!!!! All those times we called, they assured us that they will look into it. Then now six weeks later they are asking to see the stupid purchase agreement. We sent them through a link the rude rep emailed us. We’ll see how it goes. Bad customer service and bad service over all. This will be the last time we’ll purchase anything from Living Spaces.
