Don't waste your time or money! They don't back up there product the warranty is a sham management won't do anything if you have a problem just save yourself the headache.

Joke of a company lol Bought the Shuffle couch. Waited a month for it to come in time for Thanksgiving. The wrong colored couch came. It wasn't even slightly off color. I ordered a linen-colored couch. I was delivered a green one. Living Spaces and RXO had over a month to check the tag and you're telling me no one did? Refused delivery and contacted customer service. Was routed to a manager, Selina, who did not take accountability "there was no way we could have caught that!". Selina placed another order for the right-colored couch. The delivery crew came again the next day with the same green couch. Told the crew to just get rid of it as I already had a new one coming in and I already denied delivery. Selina e-mails me the next few days saying she's canceled my replacement couch. Like what? It's not the customer's fault that your logistics is shotty lmao. She showed no remorse for ruining my holiday. I feel sorry for anyone who is giving Living Spaces their money.

HOPE YOU DON'T NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had the worst customer service ever! I was told the swivel chair I purchased did not require assembly. It arrived and guess what - I had to assemble it. THEN the hardware needed to assemble it was not in the box. MANY conversations later, it was a week for me to get the simple 4 pieces of hardware to assemble it. Then that hardware pack wasn't even complete and had to improvise anyway!! There was NO URGENCY for them to make this matter right. When something is wrong, jump through hoops to make it right!!! I'm making it my mission to turn anyone I know away from shopping here.

Once in the delivery stage, it feels like you are not their customer any longer. Their carrier for my delivery, RXO, is a joke. Living Spaces is solely responsible for this. I had to pay a $49 and change in a restocking fee for cancelling a sofa order...OH, by the way, a sofa that I couldn't get anyone from either side to tell me when I could expect to receive it. Ridiculous policy, considering their carrier of choice, RXO in my case, literally couldn't deliver on their end. Living Spaces and Living Spaces only, is responsible for this crap show. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

One of the sales agents wanted to brag to me that she had spent a night in jail when she was comparing the firmness of a couch to the prison slab she slept on. pretty unprofessional and crude approach to just about anything. Another sales person reacted so viscerally to my use of the word Trump that she said, please don’t say that word again… I reminded her that I used the word Trump as a verb when I was questioning if the extended warranty would “trump” the manufacturers warranty in a certain time. And for certain issues… this type of unobjective inappropriate injection of her politics into my situation as a customer is utterly repulsive. I wouldn’t take a couch from living Spaces if you gave it to me for free, because dealing with the personnel was utterly ridiculous

Slow delivery, so slow. Unhelpful customer service

Was given a false delivery time multiple times. Took off work and moved all furniture out of space for item to never be deliver. Called and was told the item was never even loaded on to the truck and all communications I received were wrong. Missed work for nothing and still waiting on item. Never buy a single thing from Living Spaces.

Living Spaces is Lier!!! NEVER EVER GO there! It's really a waste to give one star.
