In February 2024, my wife and I purchased three lamps from Living Spaces located in Menifee, Ca. We brought the lamps home and waited for a bed room set to be delivered before setting up the lamps. Within a few days, the clear switches began emitting bright sparks when turning the lamp on. One of the lamps began flickering and we could hear a very noticeable sound of electricity arcing due to the switch shorting. We contacted Living Spaces and was told we were screwed as they have a seven day return policy and we have to pay a 10% restocking fee. This is ridiculous when we are talking about a line of products (Buffet Lamp - Farmhouse Antique Bronze) and all three are defective and pose a serious risk of shorting out and potentially causing a fire. This is a product safety hazard, yet Living Spaces does not care. We also went back to the store where we purchased the lamps, and the manager we spoke to (Jasmine) basically said we could go kick rocks. Never buy anything from Living Spaces as what they sell is cheap Chinese junk. They don't care about their customers. They just want your money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY! Worst customer service ever! We purchased over $11K in furniture from this company and were talked into their awesome 5-year warranty that was supposed to cover "everything and anything". Well, we just contacted the Warranty company for the first time to file a claim due to the middle armrest on one of the sectionals being loose and hanging down. After sending pictures and wasting hours on a chat with the warranty company, they refused to honor the warranty on our couch without even so much as an explanation. We contacted Living Spaces directly to see if they could help. A manager from Living Spaces returned our call and said they too could do nothing. I cannot stress enough not to purchase anything at all from this company. They are dishonest and extremely poor businesspeople. Shame on you Living Spaces!!

We had a smooth order and delivery recently in the Austin, TX area. We ordered two large slipcovered dining chairs, and they are even more beautiful and comfy than they appeared online. We are now considering a much larger purchase from the local store, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from their website again. Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about. I am glad I didn't see them in this case because it would have made me nervous to buy from them. However, our experience in March of 2024, was fantastic. Threshold delivery was on time, trackable, and within 2 days of the order. Almost unbelievable how easy it was. I also like the quality of the chairs. They look great with my fancy Crate & Barrel table. Everyone loves them, and are fighting over who gets to sit in them at each meal. I'd call that a win!

The people in the Vista California store were wonderful. Corporate Communications ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! They only give you one phone number which is to a place where the operators cant really help you much. They will give you no other phone numbers for corporate or even the individual stores. You have to drive back to the store to talk with anyone to solve an issue. I had a big problem where they cancelled my pick of an item that was to be returned TWICE. I told them I was leaving town the next day and they said they would arrange to pick it up when I returned. They told me my $750.00 refund could not be issued until they received the chair. I asked for someone else to talk to about going ahead to issue the refund right away since it was their Fault. They said they had no numbers for either Corporate or the any Store. I had to empty my car that was packed for my trip and take the Chair back to the store myself. I am 71 years old with a Bad shoulder. . I was planning to buy a different Recliner with Living Spaces but after this crap I will never do business with them. Too bad because their store employees were wonderful. Even the store employees are not given any numbers for issues. This is NO WAY this should have been a problem. I guess the Executives want to collect their Salaries but not deal with Customers.

Designed our great sectional we were so excited but when it arrived they had one pice that was navy blue. I called customer service and told manufacture made the mistake they have our one piece & said they gave me $198.16 credit for the inconvenience. I called back and spoke to someone who couldn’t even find anything on our missing piece. Come to find out they decided to cancel my order 3 days before I called but yet no one picked up the phone to tell me they gave us our money back on that piece & our order was canceled. When I called I-spoke to a customer service she told me I refused the piece excuse me …..it was a completely different color do not tell me I refused instead say since WE delivered the wrong one then said I need to come to store to order that piece but I live over an houraway so she said she could do it over-the phone or email so I“think” it’s all set to maybe get our last piece after going on a month now they did say they would pay to expedite it!

Delivery was on time and they were very helpful and very responsive we are very happy

We bought a leather lounge suite in October 2023 from Living Spaces. By December we noticed the discoloring on the sofa. In January I filed a warranty claim. The response was: The suite has been discontinued so they cannot replace the damaged sofa and was offered to pick another sofa THAT DOES NOT MATCH MY EXISTING SUITE. On my request that I would like to have a refund for the sofa as I do not want a mismatch hodge podge I was refused. The only reply to my refund request was that I should have claimed it within 7 days. The damage to the sofa did not happen over night it was a gradual process. My advice to anyone shopping at Living Spaces: run for the hills. If I could leave a zero rating I would.
