Not sure why such low ratings I love the deals and quality of the furniture at this store. Sales people are super nice.

Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. They will tell you that you will get a refund, but that is a lie too. They will give you store credit that you will have to match to use. Then when you realize you've been lied to and complain about it, they brush you off because the transaction was 5 years ago, but I can't get my money back until the warranty is up so what sense does that make! They will continue to lie to you about having someone call you back and will ignore any efforts to resolve the matter. All I want is my warranty money back for being cheated and lied to, which is a small portion in comparison to what I spent for the furniture. 5 years later, I don't think that's too much to ask to feel like I'm being treated somewhat fairly after the dishonesty I've experienced. If they did this to me, I can only imagine how many others they've cheated and how much richer they are because of it. I will never shop here again, and I will discourage anyone I know from going here because of how little they value their customers.

I ordered furniture from living spaces and they kept sitting the delivery date back after the last time when they told me it would be August 10th for furniture that was ordered June 21st. I canceled the order and was charged 25 percent to cancel $590.00. for something they never delivered.

one star for delivery - they came up, despite the fact that during previous deliveries that would call me to be let in, this time they decided to call the call box and not the phone, and then promptly left, and I have to pay rescheduling fee! wasted morning and unnecessary expense

I bought an area rug from living spaces and also got the carefree plan with it. After 3 months the rug is falling apart on its own, I was happy that I had bought the carefree program. I call and find out it's all a scam!! I spoke to living spaces and they told me to call warranty services to claim it and warranty services guys tell me to call living spaces. They just don't care since I have already paid for it. NEVER GOING BACK

I purchased two rugs that their website says that are in stock. They were scheduled for delivery last week. I contacted customer service and was told that they were on backorder; no one contacted me to tell me, plus, they've charged my cc!! Right now, I've emailed them and "chatted" with their bot and am getting crickets!! I wish I had read reviews first because they really are terrible!! I'm getting ready to cancel the order and dispute the charge!! DO NOT purchase from LivingSpaces!! Nate Berkus should be ashamed for putting his name on this company!!

This outfit is terrible . They are big on the sales end with promises and guarantees galore, but terrible on follow-up and KEEPING the promises. We spent over 5000 less than two months ago and it has been nothing but a joke since trying to get an item replaced. We reported issue on day of delivery and now they are telling us item is discontinued and cannot match it with a replacement. So far multiple phone calls , repeat visit to the actual store, delivery guys coming to house and saying they cant fix it. Story just goes on and on. Unbelievably poor customer service. Unless they make this good I will never recommend them or purchase from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Delivered a defective and poorly constructed sectional. I was lied to by the delivery driver and told he would contact Living Spaces, tell them I wasn't accepting the sectional delivery, they would build a new piece and contact me when it was ready to be delivered and would take the old piece away at that time. They are now refusing to do what I was told would happen. Sectional is terrible: staples sticking out almost poking through fabric, misssing/loose stiching throughout, doesn't connect evenly, back of of sofa and chaise slant not even, cushions are not filled/stiched properly, etc. etc. I am not out almost $3,300 and no one from that company will contact me even though I have sent numerous emails, called, asked that my ticket be escalated, asked to speak to a manager, etc. The only response I have received is from the person they employ to monitor their social media accounts (who can't do anything for me). THIS IS A FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL COMPANY. WARNING, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EITHER IN THEIR STORES OR ONLINE. THEY BUILD AND SELL DEFECTIVE FURNITURE AND DON'T CARE.
