Horrible customer service, nothing is in stock. Call center is horribly noisy and tons of static. They want 10% restocking even though its not in stock. Original order came on a different month and no updates on delivery so I wasn't even ready.

I just purchased and had delivered kitchen table set
I just purchased and had delivered a kitchen set, which came with a table, bench, and 4 chairs. I purchased another set of chairs for $120, which is shown on the website as a set of 2. A question was asked by another customer if in fact this was a set of 2, and living spaces customer service answered that it was definitely 2 chairs. So, I bought it. As you can guess, only 1 chair was delivered. When I called, the cs rep was rude and unconcerned, and simply told me that it didn't matter what the website said, and that it was only 1 chair and I would need to buy another one for another $120 if I wanted my 6th chair.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hate that I don’t have the option to…
I hate that I don’t have the option to give zero stars, but I guess 1 star will have to do.
I DESPISE this company!
I took a trip to Living Spaces and found the perfect cabinet for my home. I sought out someone who could help me… and before submitting my payment, I was given a day for delivery. I accepted the terms and conditions for delivery on that day, and paid my balance.
The night before delivery was supposed to happen, I received a text confirming the delivery the next day and a 3 hour time frame in which my item would be delivered. Awesome.
I took the day off of work to be home and I made sure everything on my end was per the agreement, because the agreement said that if I weren’t home or if I needed to cancel or reschedule the window THEY gave me, then I would have to pay 10% of my purchase. 10% of $1000+ is roughly $100 so… I made sure to be home.
The item was never delivered.
I called to see if there was an updated ETA, just to be told that they canceled by delivery.
Nobody even called to let me know.
I called the next day to see if there was a new delivery estimation. Guest Services (GS) told me they’d call me back later in the day with a new day for delivery.
Nobody ever called me back.
So the next day… I call and ask to speak to a manager. The manager told me he’s very sorry and the item had arrived at the warehouse, but there were no delivery options available for me… that they were booked… and that it would have to be scheduled for 2 days after that. He said he would call me back at 1:30 to provide the time frame. He never did.
I called back. Asked to speak to a manager. (It’s very difficult to get a manager on the phone.) This one told me he’d call me back by 5:30. He never did. I called back. Spoke to another manager who said he scheduled a callback in the system; that someone WOULD call me back to confirm delivery. Never happened.
I called back again so I could see if I could just go pick it up myself at this point, just to be greeted with attitude! She said “what do you want me to do? It’s 8pm!” Which infuriated me because yes, it is 8pm now, four days after my delivery had been cancelled, but I’ve been calling for DAYS and have called several times TODAY and nobody is helping me! She hung up on me. Because I was shouting at this point…
And when they finally told me they could get it scheduled for Sunday… a day in which I’d be out of town… I was told I’d have to pay 10% of my delivery if I weren’t home or if I needed to reschedule…..
What. A. Joke!!
And for all my efforts, I was offered “free assembly” on a solid wood item… that requires zero assembly.
FINALLY, I was able to speak with a tech… not a manager… and he said “the system reported the item would be in transit for a week. So I don’t know why anyone told you anything sooner. Would you like to schedule your delivery for Friday?” I appreciated that! Why couldn’t the first 17 people I spoke to be that upfront??
Over a week later than expected, I have my item and I love it, but I will NEVER forgive the demeaning and disrespectful and neglectful company that is Living Spaces.
Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!!!!

DO NOT BUY!! SCAMMERS!!
DO NOT BUY, VERY DECEPTIVE!! If I could give zero stars I would have. I paid 10,000 for a custom sectional and the additional 5 year warranty, after being reassured that everything was covered for 5 years. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!! NOT EVERYTHING IS COVERED!! The sectional is 17 months old and the cushions are fraying at the seam. I contacted the warranty company. I spoke with someone who was completely incompetent and could not give me a specific reason why the claim was denied except that it was normal wear and tear. It certainly is NOT normal wear and tear for cushions to be fraying and coming apart at the seam after 17 months in a home with no pets and two people. I was told that if I had noticed the damage when it was being delivered 17 months ago or if the damage had been done by a pet accidentally then it would have been covered. It makes no sense at all!! I am so disappointed. I thought we were purchasing quality furniture from a reputable company. I was misled and lied to when I had several questions about the warranty. It makes me completely sick considering that I spent a lot of money having also purchased an additional love seat, reclining couch and an oversized chair that all have the "so called warranty." It is a complete scam and so dishonest. I will never purchase anything from Living Spaces again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Harassment by Living Spaces
I would have given a 0 star if I could because of the harassment I went through today. I ordered a queen bed and mattress for my son which was supposed to be delivered after 6 days (on 9/10/24) between 1:45 and 4:45pm at his apartment. I took a day from work and stayed outside my son's apartment waiting for the delivery. When nobody showed up, I called L spaces at 4:10pm, a rep told me, "oh they are running little late, they will reach in 30-60 min". I kept waiting. Nobody showed up. I called again at 5pm, and was told there is no delivery today, next delivery available is 9/17/24. Really? What do you think, my time is not valuable? You guys don't have the courtesy to let me know that furniture is in transit. Of course, I talked with the supervisor and canceled the order. My son's moving to his apartment got canceled (he didn't have a bed to sleep in). You lost a customer !

Had I checked these reviews before…
Had I checked these reviews before buying a recliner chair I might not ever ever set foot in the store. I was impressed with the wide slection and the ability to pick any fabric without incurring additional cost. I did resist the high pressure add-ons that seemed to come one after another. The chair was delivered within the window promised and the delivery service offered to set it up, even though I had chosen front porch delivery. I did not when I purchased it that if you chose to cancel even a day later I would be subject to a 25% fee. No chance here for buyer's remorse.

Read before buying from Living Spaces
I regret having to share this experience publicly, but after giving Living Spaces multiple opportunities to address our concerns privately and receiving no resolution, I feel compelled to warn others.
Our experience with Living Spaces has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all began when our bed arrived with torn fabric, missing parts, and a bent bracket. We immediately called the company and were asked to file a claim, including photos of the damage. We were told we would hear back within three business days, but we heard nothing. After several follow-up calls, where we were repeatedly informed that the claims department couldn’t be reached by phone, we finally managed to speak with a manager. He assured us that we would receive a call from the department by the end of the day, but instead, we received an email days later, stating someone would come out to assess the damage.
The person who arrived to assess the bed was rude and unprofessional, offering a "solution" of gluing the torn fabric—a completely unacceptable fix for a new piece of furniture. Meanwhile, we had to hammer the bent bracket into place ourselves because weeks had gone by with no resolution.
Regarding the missing parts, we were told on July 20 that the parts would be "rushed" to us and could take up to four weeks. We couldn’t wait that long and ended up ordering the parts ourselves from Amazon, which arrived the next day. When Living Spaces finally claimed the parts had been delivered, there was no delivery confirmation or tracking information, and we never received them.
After this, I requested a partial refund to account for the fact that we received a repaired bed that we had to assemble ourselves, and for the hours of our time wasted dealing with their terrible customer service. Instead of addressing this request, Living Spaces offered to send a new headboard but placed the burden of discarding the old one on us, which would require either paying for removal or renting a vehicle to dispose of it.
Our experience with the couch was just as disheartening. It arrived filthy, with dirt stains on the light cream fabric and ripped bottom fabric. When we reported this, we were once again met with rude customer service and no direct way to speak with the claims department. After weeks of back-and-forth, we gave up on resolving the couch issue altogether.
In a final attempt to resolve these issues, I reached out directly to the store manager, Dana Rodriguez, at the Katy, TX location. Despite following up, I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and accountability is astounding, especially from a manager who initially assured us she would assist with any issues.
In conclusion, our ask was simple: a partial credit for the bed we had to repair ourselves, and some acknowledgment of the incredibly poor service we've endured. However, Living Spaces has failed to respond to our emails or address our concerns in any meaningful way. I’m left with no choice but to share this experience publicly in the hopes that others will think twice before purchasing from this company.

Avoid Living Spaces at all costs
Avoid Living Spaces at all costs. I ordered a dresser with "full service delivery", which includes putting it in the room of choice and assembling the unit. This morning when it came for delivery at 7am, our assistant came to the door. When she opened it, the delivery guy said "hey can you just confirm with my supervisor the....delivery of uh...the one item" and hands her a phone. The supervisor says "hi yeah, um, so we just wanted to confirm the driver can leave the item at the door." Our assistant says "yeah that's fine." At no point is ANYTHING stated about assembly. No offer is made by the driver nor the Living Spaces supervisor to take the item out or assemble it. They left the item in the box on the porch and left.
When I call customer service, the agent tells me that according to the driver's notes, the customer "requested it be left outside and not be assembled." This is an outright lie. We did not "request" for it to be left outside -- the supervisor requested it, and our assistant said yes. Which is fine; I'm not upset it was left on our patio. However, we paid for assembly and they did NOT verify if we wanted it assembled or not. They could have asked if we still wanted it assembled, and in fact our assistant said she expected them to assemble it there on our porch, but they conveniently ignored that issue entirely. The delivery driver left right away without hesitation, and without asking if we still wanted it assembled.
The reps on the phone were even worse. They had an attitude of "too bad so sad" and kept repeating the same line about the driver's notes. I told them the notes were inaccurate and have video footage of the interaction from our security cameras with audio contradicting their notes. They didn't care. I told them I'd like them to send someone here to finish assembling it and she refused. This is a straight up grift; Living Spaces scams customers out of full service delivery fees by getting unsuspecting 3rd parties to "sign off" on them not doing their jobs, waiving responsibility. It's so obvious that this is their expectation -- they come ready to get someone to recuse them of any responsibility whatsoever. Will never use them again.
