Purchased a large home bar that I had bar chairs to match. I paid extra to have it delivered early and extra to have it set up. Got a call two days before delivery that it was damaged and that was the last one. I called customer service to ask them for a discount on another bar I found that was not as nice as the one I original bought because I am having a Xmas party Saturday night and now I have to scramble and go out and find and buy whatever bar I find. I was told "we don't give discounts" I said you'd rather I cancel a $1,500 order than give me a $200 discount. She said "we don't give discounts". First time I've dealt with them and it will be the last time. Don't buy from them. They will charge you for every little thing and they lack business sense.

Do not honor warranties!
We purchased a couch that's still under warranty. My husband is a handicapped veteran, so we are retired on limited funds. It is still under warranty and the cushions went bad after less than yr., it cost nearly $3,000. They refused to honor their warranty. Considering the limited use of couch since, we have den, this is really outrageous! So I would like to let future customers know to beware of the Peoria store! They claim they support vets, I guess that's only if you're not a customer! Trying to take advantage of seniors!

Buyer Beware
We purchased a chair in September with the understanding that we would be able to purchase the matching ottoman. We were told that the ottoman was expected to be in stock two weeks after the purchase of the chair. We used their cart system and paid for the ottoman as soon as it became available. We have twice been notified that the ottoman was to be delivered on a certain date, and that we need to be home from 8 to 5 to receive the delivery. On both occasions, we received a call after 5 pm on each respective day informing us that they didn’t have our ottoman after all. We put in a call to customer service after the last non-delivery. Today, we received a callback from the store manager ( there is no direct number available for the store—you must wait for them to call you) telling us that the ottoman was now back ordered (no date given for delivery.) We explained that we purchased the chair with the understanding that we would be able to purchase the ottoman. We requested to return the chair. The only option we were given was a refund for ottoman—they refused to accept the chair. This situation remains unresolved at this time. If resolution occurs, I will update my review. Meanwhile, buyer beware.

Don't believe what this company tells you
We ordered and paid cash for an entertainment center, was given a delivery date. The day before we received an email and text with the delivery time window at 5:30, at 5:40 we received a call stating that tge entertainment center was at the wrong warehouse and they would have to reschedule the delivery for the following week. In the meantime, we went back and purchased some barstools and since you can't just take them with you, we confirmed the entertainment center was still scheduled and asked that the barstools be delivered at the same time. This was three days before the expected delivery date, everything seemed on schedule. Once again on the day before, we received confirmation of delivery and window of time. On the day of delivery, TWO hours before scheduled window, we, AGAIN, get the call saying, not only is it not going to be delivered, it's backordered and there's a wait list that they offered to put us on!! Then, because this is a crap run company, we are told that the barstools had also been canceled, because they were part of the same order! I canceled both and I'm now waiting for confirmation and my cash back.
How can this company make it better: maybe the first thing is to have better communication between sales and warehouse. Clearly their MRP system is not functional or the people in charge aren't using it properly. However, to delay the delivery once was an honest mistake, the second time was inexcusable. Three weeks after purchasing an item you said was in stock, we are informed that not only is it not in stock but that it's backorcered with a wait list!!! How did your sales people not know, and if they did how was it not communicated to us the second time we confirmed? Then to cancel the entire delivery when there were items that could have been delivered, again inexcusable. The best solution to this now is promptly refunding all of our money and not charging us any "restocking" fees.

Horrible company
Horrible company. I ordered. Payed. Was given a delivery date nearly a month out. A few days before the delivery, I was told my delivery date is was now nearly a "One month window." No confirmed date. No reason. No apology. Not reputable and they do not follow through. Read their warranty reviews!!!

Dont shop here
If only more research was done before going to this location. I could tell you my long story about heartarch and betrayal. My saga had all the good making of (If you get this reference) the Red Wedding. There was crying, friendships were put to the test, families split apart and it was all thanks to the sales associate and her Manager.
While we spent half a day discussing the couch we were getting and, most importantly, the measurements for it, it only took one minute for the salesperson to completely disregard everything we spoke about and enter the wrong sizes. My wife was the cardholder, so she would be the one signing the contract and paying for it. Unaware of the sizing that had been spoken about, she signed and paid for the couch. They even talked us into buying more furniture.
So, naturally, we were ordered the wrong size by the salesperson, which was devastating!
We went back to speak with her and the manager, and of course, this store hides behind the contract, not even acknowledging that the salesperson made a mistake.
Do not go here or shop at living spaces; one way or another, it will end in pain and suffering. Everyone works hard for their money, go where they value you.
I believe they couldn't order the size we wanted and took advantage that my wife was signing because she did not know the sizes.

Does not have their shit together
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Living Spaces was so frustrating—and frankly insidious—that I feel compelled to warn others.
Delivery timelines are blatantly misrepresented (see screenshots attached). They hide behind a clause in their terms and conditions stating timelines are “estimates” and claim they’ll email updates for delays. I’ve seen no such emails, despite my custom couch order from October still being undelivered as December approaches.
Living Spaces has a logistics problem—and they know it. They continue taking orders and making promises they can’t fulfill. In today’s age of Amazon Prime and Wayfair, this is unacceptable.
Customer support is powerless to help. While they seem polite enough, their hands are clearly tied by a company that’s more interested in taking your money than ensuring a good customer experience.
The bait-and-switch is real. The online sales experience was fantastic—agents sent me videos of fabrics and made me feel confident in my purchase. But the moment I paid, the follow-through vanished entirely.
Here's the kicker - I'm 40 weeks pregnant, Thanksgiving is next week, and I explained to them that there's a sense of urgency to get the couch soon. No sympathy or escalation whatsoever.
Living Spaces is not just disorganized; they’re deliberately misleading. Don’t be fooled like I was. Proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, shop elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They scheduled multiple delivery dates, cancelled, and had to reschedule. Trying to call them is a nightmare -- you're connected to their support and then their logistics company and back to support. They provide insignificant credits for huge delivery delays and wasted time. Terrible all around.
