Horrible Horrible Horrible. Not only did they send us the wrong chair, they argued with us when it was clearly on the invoice. The latest is their warranty service won't cover a simple stain. Living Spaces sold us on the service stating they will cover ranging from simple stains to pet damage. Basically they sell you to a third party called Warrantyservice.com which auto-denies every claim. What a nightmare. Calling Living Spaces and escalating does nothing as they say they have no responsibility and to deal with the 3rd party. We bought over 6000 dollars worth of furniture including 500 dollars in warranty and this is how they treat their customers. Stay Away!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered a bed, got a confirmation of my Delivery Window, on the day of the delivery I get a confirmation again, 20min later I get another notification that my order will not be delivered. apparently one part was missing and won’t be available for another 3months. I called, cancelled and chose another bed that was available. I had EXACT thing happen again, I even got a call from the delivery person the day before confirming here got all my items. Next day I get confirmation again. And again, I get an email saying: WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU ……. I called and apparently the same part missing from the different bed I ordered!!!!!!!!!!!

I strongly agree with the reviews stating how bad Living Spaces and their warranty is. We will never and will spread the word to our friends how horrible Living Spaces is and their warranty. We purchased a $4k couch and upon 3 years our entire couch starting peeling and became completely awful looking all over the large sectional. We had them come out and fix one of the reclining chairs that they approved and when the other side broke they wouldn't approve it. The contractor that came out on this first reclining chair stated that the couch and the "peeling" was in fact defective. It was made with defective backing and do not let them get away with it. We tried 3 times to have covered and they still refused and declined. No couch should disintegrate within a few years. Never buy from Living Spaces or purchase their warranty.

I ordered a couch and a chair. I specifically looked to make sure my doorway would be large enough because I live in a mobile home. The information they provided and confirmed said the doorway only had to be 23 in wide. My 35 and a half inch door is not wide enough to allow the couch in. And since it's an 8-ft couch and a 7-foot door you can't stand it up on end and rotate it through like I could the chair. When I called and questioned them about it they had me send pictures of a tape measure measuring my door and then told me they had talked to a manager and got a special exception that I could return it but I only had 24 hours to make the decision. At that time I hadn't even tried to get it in the house yet because I was waiting on help to arrive. Overall very unhelpful and unpleasant experience and it took 3 weeks to get my stuff. I will never do business with them again. I donated the couch to charity

I spent nearly $500 on two chairs from Living Spaces, and I never received my order. I provided very specific delivery instructions because my neighborhood is full of homes that look exactly the same, yet they still delivered my chairs to the wrong address. I have been going back and forth with their customer service multiple times, explaining the issue, and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. It’s completely unacceptable to spend that kind of money and be ignored while the company refuses to take responsibility. I have reported Living Spaces to the BBB for what I believe are scamming practices. I want to warn everyone: do not order from this company. Save your money, your time, and your frustration. They clearly have no regard for their customers or delivering what they promise.

I use to love living spaces a few years ago. Bought a lot of stuff from them. They had these one time buy items that were amazing and a great variety of furniture and such but now it’s the most generic crap that’s overpriced it makes Bobs discount furniture store look high end. I couldn’t be more disappointed from what it was ( awesome) to what it s now ( crap). Can’t ever recommend this place any more and I certainly use to

Delivery was to take place on Saturday, they notified us that same morning that it wouldn't be delivered and it would then be another 3 weeks before they could delivery it. Rescheduled for today. Confirmed delivery yesterday. No show today. Called customer service who basically said - too bad, we can reschedule for another date. No customer

Bought a mattress that was advertised as "firm", when I received it, it was the soft one but had a "firm" label on it. They sent a specialist to test the mattress, he said it was soft not firm and put it on a report. 3 days later I got a phone call from them saying that since the law tag said firm, and that's what the invoice says I received, that they would not exchange it. And now I'm supposed to sleep on a soft mattress for the next 8 years of my life....
