I ordered a "custom" coach with a chaise. The chaise sits a good2 inches below the attached sofa piece. Living Spaces claim that's how it's made. Warranty service is worthless and when I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English he refused to transfer me. Horrible company! My vouch is only a week old too!

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF LIVING SPACES! They did not have the item in stock. I was shopping for a club chair, but they only had the sofa in stock. So, I never had a chance to actually sit in the chair. I spend $3,500.00 on a chair and ottoman and they delivered it. After 30 minutes of sitting on the chair, it felt terrible on my back and neck. I went in the next day to return or exchange. I explained I never got to sit in the chair. Now they are charging me 10%. And the delivery fee. That’s right, because they did not have the chair in stock and because I never got to try it out, this is going to cost me $400.00, WASTED! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Initial in-store ewxperience was positive. The store layout is nice and we were helped by a manager, Becca, who was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. That is where the positive experience ended. We ordered a bed, two night stands, two rugs, four dining chairs ands later a dresser to match the night stands. The dining chairs and bed were delivered as scheduled on 8/28. The chairs are white and there was/is black marks on them. It appears to have come from the delivery person's black gloves as he touched them when we pointed it out and more black appeared. He said 'that is normal' and took pictures as we expressed our difference of opinion as to whether white chairs normally have black marks on them. The bed was put together and the top or first cross-slat was not screwed to the bed frame. We brought this to his attention and left the room while he fixed it. We checked it after he left and realized he took the screw out of one of the middle slats to put in the first one. So we have one loose bed frame piece. We went to the store that day (8/28) and made them aware. The person at the 'desk' said someone would be in touch by 8/31. We have not heard from anyone so went back to the store just now and no one knows why we have not been contacted. The other items we paid for (couch/night stands/rugs) are somewhere with an estimated 9/21 arrival but no one know why it is taking that long. We purchased a dining table at Rooms to Go that was also delivered on 8/28 intact and professionally done. Totally different experience.

Purchased a set of sofa. . After two weeks no longer good very bud quality. When we seat on the sofa we go it sinks..call them they said they can't do anything about it.. I spent almost $2000.00 for this trash of sofa.i still not happy with them ..i saving to purchase other set from other vendors.. my advice to you don't. Shop from them.. furniture are poor quality.. and if CONPLAIN they don't care.... take your money to other places. I made the purchase around this date but I called them around two weeks after purchase them.. and they refused to help me.

Very poor customer service and low-grade products .

If I could give a -negative review I would. While the in-store purchasing experience is satisfactory, the post-purchasing experience is abysmal. Contacting the ACTUAL store is NOT possible (that’s a first for me). Any type of trying to communicate with sales persons or customer care feels like a maze built to destroy your sanity. Good luck in receiving ANY assistance regarding delivery issues—small to large. Employees manning the lines, from lower level staff to managers are TOTALLY unhelpful. I am a new customer and sorry to say that after a nightmarish first experience in purchasing a few items at the Buford, GA store, I do not intend to ever purchase anything else in the future. The “structuring” of the whole company—especially when it comes to communicating with general staff/sales persons and customer svc—especially in matters of delivery and overall post-purchasing experience is abominable.

Extremely pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. Susha was so helpful and took the time to figure out exactly what my husband and I were looking for, and she listened, showed us several options, and then asked more questions and gave us more options with no pressured sales pitch. Overall experience with Susha was an 11 out of 10!!!
