Item delivered (chair) and upon assembly noticed the wooden arms did not match. Attempted to address through warranty department and was told that wood grain would have differences and this was normal. I wish I could attach a photo as it was not normal and don’t understand how this could have possibly passed quality control. Warranty claim was denied and now I’m forced to cover arm of the chair with a blanket. Horrible customer service experience and will never buy from them again.

I love this company!!! The staff at the location we went to was extremely helpful and personable. I bought a beautiful recliner and my daughter bought a couch. I highly recommend.

On Aug. 12, 2026 Sales Representative Mr. Chris Zamara asked me if I needed help and I said yes and he answered all of my questions, he allowed me to get my thoughts together and I was abled to purchase the bed and mattress that I desired. The Delivery Service was On Aug. 26, 2026 as scheduled and the Guys were professional and friendly. All was spectacular treatment! Thank You. On Sept. 02, 2026 I visited the same location again to enquire for a low inch box spring to accommodate a height increase for the Platform Bed that I purchased previously. Sales Rep. Mr. Arturo assisted me in that purchase with the same kindness and professionalism as in Aug. 2026. The box spring was delivered on Sept. 16, 2026 as scheduled. He was very respectful and considerate when bringing in the item. Thank you so very much. Financing was smooth and easy.

This is one of the worst corporations that exist. Buyer beware that everything in the store is on “display” and only a showroom. If you find something you like, do not fall in love with it because you cannot take it out of the store. They will state they have to order it and it will be shipped. That is only if the item is not backordered. As a consumer, I cannot think of anything more frustrating than wanting to purchase a product being sold and being told I cannot walk out with it and/or that it is backordered with no delivery date in sight. I truly hope the CEO of this franchise reads this and knows that buying their product is similar to having a car lot full of vehicles, but you cannot buy them or even order them. It’s just a showroom

So easy to buy, so hard to get. we scheduled a delivery 2 weeks in advance to take the day off work. they didn't show and gave us nothing but excuses and now want to reschedule during another work day. we will lose half the price of the sofa in lost wages. will never buy from living spaces ever again.

This review is for their delivery services. I spoke to a rep in-store and called living spaces to verify they could deliver on weekends. Then they hired a 3rd party delivery company that only delivers Monday's and Wednesdays with a window from 7am to 8 pm. Not everyone can just leave work, or just has "someone 18yrs of age" to be around to accept the delivery. Additional, because they said it was custom made, I can't return it so they are just going to deliver it. So I guess here's hoping I get my couch? I would not recommend or would not trust the employees who work in their service line as they all said different things and made what should have been an easy experience a difficult one.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – Delivery Disaster + Completely Useless “Customer Support” I ordered furniture from this store expecting a normal delivery. What I got instead was a complete screw-up and then zero help when I tried to fix it. They delivered an incomplete order and overcharged me for a rug that they refused to credit, even though, I immediately contacted them. What followed was hours of hold music, automated replies that solved nothing, agents who clearly didn’t care, and the same copy-paste excuses over and over. No one took ownership. No one offered a real solution, even though the obvious refund of the overcharge would have been the simplest. This is not a small inconvenience but wasted time, money, and pure disrespect. Their customer “support” is a black hole designed to wear you down until you give up. Do not order from here unless you enjoy fighting for basic competence. Worst furniture delivery and support experience I’ve had even though I have spent thousands of dollars at Living Spaces. Never again.

Recliner has broken twice in 9 months of overship. First time they replaced it and now the 5 year warranty is refusing to fix/replace. Such a horrible experience with Living Spaces and their warranty team.
