After seeing this unit advertised on Facebook a number of times I finally bought one, got tired of sneezing in two rooms in particular, living room and computer room and bought the big one and set it up in my living room, house is 1600 sq feet. After running in for a few days I noticed I wasn't sneezing as much and the air felt cleaner. I'm glad I finally bought the unit

Has done wonders to the quality of the air in my home. I am on oxygen 24/7 and I noticed the difference within the first few hours of operation. Sleek/smooth, quiet, and not difficult to operate.08212 Well worth the money!

Customer service is beyond horrible. I sent a message just a few days after I placed my order (#901141) wanting to give the referral credit to my co-worker who let me borrow her air purifier to test it out, and because she did, she was the sole reason that I purchased from them. Without her letting me try the unit out, I would not have bought it. The response to that message that had NOTHING to do with the content of my message. I asked if she could get the $40 referral credit applied to her account, because I had missed that they did that when I ordered. The response was I could not get a credit on my account. I replied back stating that my message had NOTHING to do with MY account, it was in reference to my co-workers account and her referral credit. The next response from them was worse than the first. So I sent a third message asking them if it was really worth losing a new customer (and obviously a customer for as long as I have the unit as they supply the filters) over a $40 credit and they messaged me back with instructions on how to return my unit. So they would rather lose a new customer than do the right thing and pass on a referral credit to someone who is solely responsible for me buying their product. That is a HORRIBLE business model. Word of mouth is powerful advertising, but they don't seem to care. Unreal. I think the customer service is AI based because I haven't even received the unit yet, it is still in transit, and they are asking me to scan the code on the bottom of the unit in order to start processing the return. I have researched other air purifiers and have found one with much better customer service than these yahoos. Sans air purifiers are very expensive, and I found a comparable one for almost half the price with better communication and comprehension of my concerns when I contact their customer service. I wouldn't buy anything from Sans. I will be refusing the shipment when it arrives and buying another brand. Sad. They lost a customer because they can't do the right thing and acknowledge they made a sale through word of mouth and act accordingly. Their loss.

Very happy with my purchase of the Sans mini air purifier. Fast shipping. Missing power cord. Customer Service rectified the issue immediately and I received the power cord within days!

While the air filter does work, it doesn’t seem to perform any better than less expensive filters on the market. Unfortunately, the replacement filters cost considerably more—apparently, they’re made with premium dust-fighting technology and priced accordingly. The advertising also feels a bit misleading, giving the impression that once you install this filter, dust will pack its bags and permanently move out of your home. In reality, it’s more like ordering the perfect burger from a fast-food commercial: the ad shows a juicy masterpiece on a fluffy bun, but when you open the wrapper, you’re handed something that looks like it lost a fight with a steamroller. That’s been my experience with this air filter. It works, but the results don’t exactly match the hype—or the price tag.

We are very pleased with our new Sans Air Purifier! Once the purifier was delivered, the only thing we had to do was unpack the unit and plug it in. It's very quiet, and we are confident it will do a great job for us. We are glad we purchased the unit. It was money well spent!

I’m very pleased with my Sans whole house air filter. It was easy to unpack and set up. It’s attractive and extremely quiet. I contacted customer service because the instructions manual was not in the box and they were quick to respond and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone in the market for one.

I have to say within two weeks the air was fresher I could breathe better waking up in the morning without my nose been stopped up all the time. I could honestly say this is a game changer for your house. This unit can pick up hand sanitizer from 15 feet across the room and it scrubs the air to all the odors are gone. The technology is amazing. I will be getting one for each room four mini bundle so the whole house can be fresh. I have a large a whole home one but I want one to be in every room. This has to be the best air purifier I ever used
