I ordered a Sans Air Purifier as a gift for my daughter, who has 3 inside dogs and a cat. She has noticed a significant improvement in her air quality. Her air filters for her HVAC system are significantly cleaner as well. She is a happy recipient.

I got an air purifier and it has clear problems. In the first few weeks it repeatedly got really loud on auto mode, showing 999. This issue goes away after a restart but makes the device unusable to keep in the bedroom. I contacted support 3 times but they have either been useless (unclear instructions, discussing wrong problem) or ignoring me.

I’ve had my water purifier for a couple of years now and absolutely love the convenience of and reassurance of being able to have clean drinking water on hand! Also, I recently had to contact Sans Customer Service for the first time since purchasing my unit, and they went above and beyond my expectations!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all this company has a great product. Saving me from the constant use of plastic bottles with great tasting water! Customer Service has been very responsive. I highly recommend the reverse osmosis water purifier!

I found this air purifier super simple, yet highly effective product! The customer service is like “the old days” when people actually answer the phone and care. I loved my first little bedroom purifier so well, that I ordered one for the house shortly thereafter. Quiet. Effective. Great quality and super easy to replace filter. Filters come every three months. I don’t even have to think about it. They come within a few days apart (because I ordered them separately - which was dumb because they probably come as a package deal). Who cares? Not me. Great product. I also want to add that I’m very surprised every morning when I actually see the one in my bedroom catches that little spritz of hairspray I use and kicks in to get it out of the air. Amazing. Really. Thank you!!!

I was grilling chicken on my indoor grill because it was too hot outside to use the outdoor grill. The purifier in the living room picked up a lot of the smoke that the overhead fan didn't pick up. The one in the bedroom picked up hair spray that I had used in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this product.

These are awesome. Air is fresher, less dust and they begin working even when I don’t realize why! The color changes keep me informed and I’ve already placed an order for my mom and daughter. Side Note: FedEx lost my first order in transit and they immediately sent another one out after I contacted them. The previous order still says out for delivery 😑

So nice to have clean breathable air in my home with the Sans air purifier.
