The Sans air filter works great and has multiple speed settings. The filter is easy to replace and Sans will set up a timed delivery if desired (which I did). It makes it so easy not to have to remember when to order. Love it!

So glad we bought SANS air and water purifiers!
The SANS air purifiers work very well and within 24 hours of using them a difference in air quality was felt. Small ones well work in bedrooms where someone sleeps as does the large one in the main living area.
The water purifier works great, too. It took a few days to get used to the new taste as we were buying bottled alkaline water prior to using SANS product. We are glad we switched!
Both air and water purifiers do what the company says they will do. We are super pleased.
The online customer service team is extremely responsive and helpful.

They sign you up for a filter…
They sign you up for a filter subscription without your permission! I had to cancel my credit card! I want a refund!

Sans ineffective and credit card scam
One thing about Sans, it is aptly named because it is “without” use. I have used Winix filters in the past and loved them. I chose Sans this time around mainly because of the square footage they alleged the largest filter could handle. If you have a Winix set to auto and put it near bleach or any other chemical, food cooking, someone smoking, or one of your kids farts near it…the Winix is going to go “red light” and full blast until the air is clean. I had a mold issue in one of my houses, in the past. After being tested by professionals, the only room that didn’t have mold was where I had the Winix on at all times. I’m still kicking myself for giving Sans a chance, because although it’s nicer to look at, it NEVER gets set off when on auto. I’ve put it in the bathroom as I clean…nothing. Chemicals in the air don’t register. Cooking, farting…not much sets it off. During the wildfires, last summer, you could SEE soot in the air but according to Sans the air was fine. So after months of trying Sans with sans results, I am going back to trustworthy Winix. It’s no wonder Sans isn’t in any of the “top filters” lists by trusted third parties. I guess the one hundred million they made selling these duds can only buy reviews. So, this morning, I get an email at 4am, from Sans, telling me thanks for my purchase. I thought wtf. Then I see I subscribed to replacement air filters every three months. But I don’t use Sans, and don’t want MORE filters. I should’ve just returned the damn machines. I hate when I get lazy. I bought two, btw, the largest one that claims it can filter 1800 square feet. And the mini. I recently moved back into the city into a 1,000 square foot apartment. Much less than Sans is allegedly built for. Allegedly. Anyway, I don’t want these filters. Of course they make it impossible to cancel. There’s no easy way. One link leads to another, and then you have to email. After going down that rabbit hole, I get a message saying I got a refund. I’m impressed for about two seconds that Sans quickly let me out if this misery. But then I see there’s another charge for the subscription. So they charged me at 4am, charged me at 12:50pm, and then refunded me at 12:51pm. Which means I was charged twice, refunded once. Which means I’m back to my original issue. So not only does Sans NOT work, but they let their employees play with your credit card information. Which I could also do without. I would like to sans have their filters, sans be on the subscription, and sans have them playing with my credit cards. Sans, what a great name since it’s one thing you can do without.

Iowa Water Quality Necessitates a Purifying System
Could not be happier with the Sans water purifier. We live in Iowa and our water quality is literally killing us so water purification is a must! It’s easy to set up and use, the quality seems exceptional, and the water tastes amazing! But most importantly we’ve now got a measure of peace knowing we’ve done something to help us maintain our health and help prevent cancers caused by drinking contaminated water!

I do believe the products are good…
I do believe the products are good enough for what my uses are and the customer service tries; their policy on using FedEx to Postal for shipping MUST change. Twice now products that I have bought and paid for have been stuck in Aurora, CO waiting for the FedEx swap to postal. One package was over a month and now, recently, another order has been sitting in Aurora for over a week. SANS sent out a replacement item using the same shipping vendor when I was told via email they would use a different vendor. I won't order from them again.
