While the air filter does work, it doesn’t seem to perform any better than less expensive filters on the market. Unfortunately, the replacement filters cost considerably more—apparently, they’re made with premium dust-fighting technology and priced accordingly. The advertising also feels a bit misleading, giving the impression that once you install this filter, dust will pack its bags and permanently move out of your home. In reality, it’s more like ordering the perfect burger from a fast-food commercial: the ad shows a juicy masterpiece on a fluffy bun, but when you open the wrapper, you’re handed something that looks like it lost a fight with a steamroller. That’s been my experience with this air filter. It works, but the results don’t exactly match the hype—or the price tag.

We had our Sans water filter for less than 2 years and originally loved it. When I went to purchase new filters I had no problem spending the money. But then, the entire filtering system stopped working. Customer Service sent us a brand new product, but it tasted completely different. And the tank itself was a different smell, quality and manufacturing had clearly changed to a cheaper plastic material. When we would process the water, it tasted like stagnant water that had a horrible iron smell, like what comes out of a garden hose. They gave us extensive Troubleshooting instructions, which we did. Some of it included washing the tank itself with citric acid. None of it worked. Now, they just want to send me another product…After their team admitted I have yet ANOTHER “defective” filtering system. Its market price is $499…are they crazy? I’m pregnant and need water right now more than ever and their support team is a huge waste of time. Do not buy this product. Go try literally any other water filter.
