I purchased a LIT Titan sauna for approximately $15,000, delivered June 12, 2026. It arrived with a floor panel cracked through and a wall panel bowed so it won't sit flush or align. Both are structural, not cosmetic. The unit has been unusable since delivery. I provided photos, video, and the serial number within days of unboxing. LIT initially classified the damage as cosmetic and offered $500 plus touch-up paint, suggesting I hire my own repairman and use wood filler on a cracked structural floor panel in a high-heat unit. After pushing back, LIT confirmed in writing on July 31 that they would send a replacement floor panel and wall panel. The touch-up paint shipped August 3. As of today, September 8, the panels still have not shipped. I've been told "next week" in July, August, and September. I've now dealt with four different support representatives, including a member of the leadership team, and still have no ship date or tracking. LIT's own marketing states: "5-Year Warranty. If something goes wrong in the first five years, we make it right. No questions asked." I've been patient and cooperative with every request they've made. I'm posting this because three months without a usable product and without a firm ship date is not reasonable on a purchase this size. I will update this review if and when the parts arrive.
