LIT MethodReviews of litmethod.com

The experiences with this company and their service is unreal you can't make this shit up. Justin the owner wants you to send email to info and erikson and guess what that takes forever to hear back and never answer the problems just basically give you bullshit answers. Have been having issues with a new sensor chiller will not get cold for over a month now and still no sensor. They sent one fedex ground on 10/8 and as of the today 10/24/26 no ones where it is and no answers from Lit. This issue was going on for about 3 weeks prior to the 8th and they send it ground not next day or overnite break the bank. Their custom service suck and Justin told me he was going to make changes months ago when we had prior issues and now same result. But he will damn sure call you and beg you to take down your bad review. Look elsewhere there are better companies to deal with. You would think they would send another one next day and make fed ex pay them back for lost one.

We've been enjoying this sauna all summer long, and it's been one of the best investments we've ever made. After discovering contrast therapy at one of the local studios, we found that they were using Lit products and decided to purchase them for our own home. The quality and design are fantastic, and we've had nothing but a great experience over the last several months using Lit. We got the 8 kW heater, and it really does reach max temperature in under 40 minutes and constantly stays hot, even when you're doing multiple sessions and opening the door. 5 stars across the board

I purchased the Titan 4-5 person hybrid sauna, the Stealth XL cold plunge as well as the Lume red light bed for my personal training studio in NYC. Jay helped me with selecting all of my equipment and guided me through the purchasing process. Everything was seamless. I was able to assemble the sauna mostly by myself other than putting the roof on. It was all very straightforward. Now that all of the equipment is up and running I couldn’t be happier with the look and performance.

The customer service with this company is atrocious. We have two cold plunges and chillers from this company and we have had nothing but issues with these chillers. We have only been using their products since the end of May and have already had problems with two chillers not working properly. First they sent an outdated and inferior unit to what we were suppose to get and it took weeks to get through to them. Now our new unit wont cool any lower than 58 degrees when we have it set on 37 degrees. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Nothing but problems and they continue. I would not recommend this company for any commercial or home use.

We had a Barrel Stainless Steel cold plunge unit delivered on 6/22/2026. The unit had been set up for less than 1 month and already had signs of rust. We have been going back and forth with the company about this issue, did everything they suggested and the rust remained. We asked to return the product and recieve a refund because we had little confidence that the unit would hold up over time. To date we have not received the refund which is suprpising given that we reported the issue on 7/13/2026, which was less than 30 days of ownership of the unit. Months later and we are still disputing this, to no avail. I would not recommend this product.

Josh was super helpful and took time to look over any concerns I had. Down to earth and easy to talk to, he made it a five star experience!

I’ve only had the LIT a few days and I’ve already been in it every single day, which tells you most of what you need to know. Build quality is immediately obvious out of the box. The materials feel premium, the seals are tight, and it looks good enough that I don’t mind it living where guests can see it. Nothing about it reads as a plastic tub with a chiller bolted on. Performance has been excellent so far. It holds temperature without drifting and recovers fast between sessions. The thing I’m most excited about is the water treatment. Not having to add chemicals is a game changer: no chlorine smell, no dry skin, no weekly ritual of testing and dosing. Removing that friction is exactly why I’ve used it daily instead of finding reasons not to. I’m deep in marathon training, and the LIT has made daily cold exposure effortless. Early days, but highly, highly recommend.

Incredible quality, build and tech! Exactly what I wanted!! Thank you lit!!!
