Amazing Cold Plunge and even better service

Awful experience with customer service. Ordered cold plunge and infrared sauna, damaged heater lamp arrived twice for infrared sauna so that I'm still unable to use my sauna for over a month. Called, emailed, escalated, they do not follow up, just feed you basic language and apologies. I would not trust this company to order, regardless of how fabulous their product might sound like. This is not how you do business. I can only imagine how they deal with warranty issues.

I’ve bought a lot of different Saunas throughout the past 20 years, and it was always hard for me to find a Sauna for the home that would heat above 150 degrees and not take an hour or more to reach that temperature. So, I was very skeptical about buying another Sauna because of fake claims of hitting high temps in a short amount of time. I called a handful of companies and looked at a lot of websites before landing on this gem. It’s the Real Deal for sure! It not only hit temps close to 200 degrees for the dry heat and 165 degrees for the infrared but it does it within 30-40 Min. I never had a Sauna that made me sweat within 10min. Lastly - I was able to put this 4-5 person Sauna together by myself, except I did need help with trying to balance the heavy glass onto the brackets. It took me 5-6 hours. I do not recommend trying to do it by yourself. I was trying to be a tough guy! lol But overall, it’s a great Sauna and I highly recommend it.

Great customer service! When I needed to make a quick pivot on equipment Jay quickly responded with the information needed and references to inform my decision on the Lume red light bed. The consistency in communication throughout my experience from quick day-to-day questions to post delivery support was reassuring and helped me feel ready to open my business.

I was reached out to after leaving a 1 star review. Had calls scheduled twice with support to try and fix the issue and no one ever answered or got on the zoom call with the link THEY PROVIDED.

Best of the best! I have owned multiple sauna and cold plunges throughout the years and I can say that this is hands down the best setup you can buy in 2026. Titan: The fact that this sauna has dual heat modes with red light therapy should be the sole reason you buy this. I can do traditional heat, and my wife can do infrared, all out of the same sauna. Insane. The product looks fantastic and has been running perfectly over the last 10 months in late winter - summer. Hands down the best sauna I have owned and recommend it to everyone. Plunge: No issues in 10 months and I have been using this around 4-5 days per week. I also use it a different temps and the system has no issues keeping up. No chemicals is a plus! I am writing this review because I own a business and this company has been fantastic to work with. If you follow the directions which is clear and concise, everything runs the way it's supposed to. 5 stars for LIT and they team behind these products.
