Great customer service! When I needed to make a quick pivot on equipment Jay quickly responded with the information needed and references to inform my decision on the Lume red light bed. The consistency in communication throughout my experience from quick day-to-day questions to post delivery support was reassuring and helped me feel ready to open my business.

I’ll start by saying I love the Titan 4-5 person sauna from Lit Method. It is everything I hoped it would be from an appearance and performance standpoint. The sound system is surprisingly great, and both the infrared and traditional sauna features are exceptional. Some frustration was experienced due to delays in shipment and the installation process is also a little more involved than the marketing literature would have one believe. We hired a a handyman to assist and are glad we did. It took us 5-6 hours total build before the electrical connections were made. Also suggest, doing your due diligence on the electrical requirements and costs associated as in our instance this became a significant additional expense of $3,000. With all this said, the sauna is fantastic and so far the after sale support has been responsive and timely. I absolutely love my new Lit Method Sauna.

Bought a sauna and cold plunge for outside. Delivery was good. Well packed. After set up, I had a few glitches. Actually a very modern, classy look. Paid someone to put it together and have had a few glitches with the sauna such as fading of paint and minor issues with trim pieces. I will tell you, when I needed help, I got it. The customer service was good and a special thank you to Jay. He was beyond helpful and helped me to resolve problems. He even gave me his phone number if I needed help. Sauna works great. I did have an issue with the sauna panel beeping, but found out you have to turn on the panel first before heating and it’s resolved. Would be great to be able to turn on the sauna remotely and not have to turn on the panel first. The cold plunge chiller had an issue, but they sent me a new one. Awesome! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the instructions for both were not great. Very disconnected with instructions, video, and what actually needs to be done. A work in progress, but I have faith they will make it happen. Lastly, it would be nice if it may be outside product a little more durable with the paint. Thanks to Jay the most for saving me. The most important thing is they identified the problem listened and did the right thing and replaced things.
