Five stars, and it starts with Jay, the owner. I bought the Titan sauna and later paid for an upgraded unit, but what showed up was the original. I didn't even catch it. I was on FaceTime with Jay one day asking a few questions about the sauna, and he noticed I had the wrong unit. Without hesitation, he sent me the upgraded one I had paid for. He could have said nothing and I never would have known. That reinforced why I choose to buy from Jay, I was lucky enough to work with him in the buying process and I found he is honest, transparent, and stands behind what he sells. I'm glad I bought his equipment, and his character and service are a big part of why. The equipment itself has been fantastic. The cold plunge can heat, and I've used that once, but I love it cold. The upgraded unit in my Titan 4-5 person sauna gets seriously hot. It's perfect. My kids and I absolutely love both. Highly recommend.

Truly great product, I particular like the aesthetic with the built in lighting.

Once the sauna is unpacked it is impossible to return, no matter what the issue is. This is clearly stated by the company and you should believe it.

As a franchise with multiple locations we have been so grateful to have found LIT. The equipment is not only beautiful, but works great. We experienced issue after issue with our previous vendors. These units run efficiently and if we do ever run into a problem Justin and his team jump in to help quickly.

We just finished our first session in the sauna, and we love it! Assembly took us about 2 hours to complete (4/5 person model) and the directions were super straightforward. It only took about 30 minutes to reach temperature and the experience was awesome with the red light therapy. Highly recommend if you are looking for an outdoor sauna.

Right from our meeting the experience has been informative and productive. For months I was going back and fourth with venders for saunas and cold lounges to a massive point of frustration. But my call with Jay was straight forward, to the point of here is the pricing and how to build and scale the business. It pulled a lot of my guess work out and that is why I made the decision to go with Lit Method. Ordered, shipped quick, installation was straight forward since I come from 20+ years of construction. Jay also answers along with the support staff for any questions I had along the way for installation, maintenance, and any future growth. Definitely highly recommend.

Great Hybrid Sauna, We Love It After doing a lot of research and looking for a high-quality outdoor sauna that offered both infrared and traditional sauna options, we decided to go with the LIT Hybrid Sauna. We had it installed last week and have been using it every single day since. Both the infrared and traditional sauna functions work great, and we really like having the flexibility to alternate between them. We can do infrared one day and traditional the next and get the benefits of both without needing two separate units. We’ve already had friends over to try it, and everyone has loved it. One component did arrive with some damage from shipping, but LIT’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and resolved the issue right away, which made the overall experience even better. So far, we’re extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend the LIT Hybrid Sauna to anyone looking for a quality outdoor sauna with both infrared and traditional options.
