I took a leap with link, and I am sure glad that I did! I had a 2gig system set up prior to getting monitoring from Link, and they made things so much better!

Very cost effective and easily updated system tons of features

I had been hesitant about purchasing a security system for quite a while. based on contract length and wireless connectivity and communication. With Link, I was able to put all those worries aside and purchase a system. There monthly charge is reasonable and much less than the competition. There customer service has been extraordinary, I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased this system through my Costco membership. Within a few days the security system arrived. It included easy step by step instructions. I had installed the whole system including the panel within just a few hours. I called customer services to find out how to shorten the power cord to panel. They were extremely quick to answer the call, friendly and told me how to do it or they would ship me a new one with the correct length I needed. I highly highly recommend this system, the equipment is high quality and the touch screen panel is so easy to set up and operate. Also, I like my iPad app where I can arm or disarm my system when I am away. I gave them five stars because of their high quality customer service and equipment. Also because the system is affordable.

We have been a Link customer for years now. There are many other companies out there, but none as good as Link. Home security is very important to us since I have a house bound wife. Her home is really what she has and her safety is my first priority. With that as our driving need, we chose Link! It's great that they are very competitive, but that never really fit into the decision making process. Produce knowledge and customer service are what made our minds up. We have never had a problem that they did not pounce on to resolve, or a question that was not enthusiastically researched ( if needed) and answered. We are in Ohio and have no reservations about dealing with a company in a different state. Great customer service closes the distance gap very nicely

I am not one to write a review unless I feel very strongly (either for or against the product/service). I have to say that I am blown away by my experience with Link Home Security! I'd been thinking of getting an alarm system for quite some time, but was held back by the cost, having strangers in my home (which makes me very uncomfortable) and whether I would be getting a leading edge system. Link Home Security made it an easy decision for me. I purchased the system through Costco, feeling good about the guaranty that Costco offers. I was slightly more than surprised at the ease of installation. I had a few questions at the beginning regarding the wiring of the Super Switch, which were answered in-depth by Link Home Security's customer service department. It turns out, I couldn't take the short cuts in the installation of the Super Switch that I thought I could! If you can read simple directions (and follow them), you can install your own system! I'm pretty proud of my purchase and my wife is very happy with the peace of mind it brings her when I am gone. Knowing what I know now, I would have bought this system a long time ago! A big thanks to Link Home Security!
