I was impressed with the quality of equipment including control unit and sensors. However after installing the system 2 weeks ago I am still unable to use it: ISSUES 1. Poor to no signal. Cell module reports signal is 0 to 3 and cell tests fail 9 times out of 10. Audible alarm goes off several times per day indicating radio modem network failure. When ordering I explained I live in a rural area and after 13 years living there AT&T has proven to be the only reliable cell provider. Despite that Link sent me a Verizon cell module because their database said it would work the best. 2. Motion sensor is NOT pet friendly as indicated. Sensor is set to lowest sensitivity setting and angle is adjusted per instructions to minimize false alarms due to pets. However my dog sets off the alarm at least 2 to 3 times per day which makes the motion detector useless 90% of the time. If these issues are not resolved soon I will cancel service and credit card payments.

Alarm system easy to install and use the keypad. I love the remote capability to control it from my own cell phone.

No problems with equipment, very easy to install most of it. Exceptional customer support!!! Overall, very happy that I chose Link Home Security.

customer service was great, installation was super easy, and everything went as expected. I can't believe the price is half that of vivint, for the same exact system!

Everything I expected.

System went together easy some sensors had to be renamed, garage door tilt sensor set alarm when storm just rattled it.

Shopped around but checked out Costco. Lowestonthly fee with premium options. Easty to install. Great tech support and web site and app. Thermostat great as well. They walked me through the installation step by step.

Ordering and delivery was easy and as promised with excellent telephone support for questions I had when placing my order as well as some questions that arose during set up. Also got great support when I wanted to change some of the sensor parameters and in getting Link to remotely correct a predelivery setting error they had made on my temperature sensor. Both the phone app and Internet communications have worked well which was critical for me as I have been away from the property since installing. Text messages and notification are virtually immediate with any events and I was immediately made aware of a power failure at my home last week and power restoration an hour later as the events occurred. Battery backup continued the system working without any glitches
