We currently have the 2Gig plan and some of the home automation switches and a thermostat. The system comes to you all ready to be installed, you don't have to do any programming and is very simple to get up and running. We added some other equipment to the system and it was very simple to get it going! I've only dealt with support to order and change my credit card info, but they are very courteous and are very nice to deal with.

I recently changed over from a hard-wired Brinks security alarm system to the 2GIG Wireless Security Alarm System. After reviewing several vendors for the purchase and monitoring of the 2GIG system, I choose Link Home Security. From the very first person I talked with , Misty Alsup to each and other representative I dealt with, one word EXEMPLARY. Every customer representative went above and beyond the call of duty to answer any questions, explain the product and services in depth, promptly returning telephone calls even on their "personal off-company" time on Sunday. Believe me, this is the gold standard of Home Security Monitoring coupled with the awesome super cool 2GIG security alarm panel. I purchased my 2GIG security system from Link Home Security and everything arrived and worked seamlessly, smooth, no difficulty in its installation, and most important.....the 2GIG system security and the Link Monitoring service WORKS AS PROMISED! I recently switched from ADT to Link, primarily because the costs were going to be significantly less, and I was going to get greater functionality than my old ADT system provided. But after making the purchase I discovered that Link has fantastic customer service! The person I have dealt most with, Debbie, has been incredibly helpful, even offering to take my calls on Sunday, her day off, to try to help me with a tricky installation problem. When we couldn't get some of my old ADT sensors to switch over, she happily offered to accept a return of some of my unneeded equipment and credited me so that I could substitute those old sensors with new 2Gig wireless ones! So far, everyone I have dealt with at Link has been courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with -- a real rarity with over-the-telephone or internet businesses! I hope they are able to keep this level of service up as they grow.

We are retired and live in Florida. Citizens Insurance insisted we get home security or they would not renew our policy so I started searching for a home security company. I checked out 6 other well known companies and compared them all for what they offered, pricing, attitude of people I spoke with, helpfulness, etc. I asked a lot of questions. Some of the companies seemed to be impersonal and once they got my number, they had their telemarketers keep calling. When I spoke to the people at Link Home Security, it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. Misti in sales patiently helped me select the best options for my needs, their plans and technology were better and cheaper than ALL the others, their tech people helped me set everything up and were so patient even when my questions seemed silly and they never made me feel I was bothering them. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and courteous, even after I made my purchase, that I could hardly believe there were still companies like this around. This company is OUTSTANDING and their employees are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! In my opinion, they are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with and I recommend them without reservation.

I did a fair amount of research on homeowner-installed security alarm/monitoring systems, and Link Home Security was consistently highly-rated. I purchased my system through Costco, and installed it myself over the course of an afternoon. I'm moderately "handy" and it took me about 3 hours to complete the installation -- but it would not have taken this long (probably half as long) if the control panel had not had a power supply/wiring issue that had to be corrected in order for the panel to receive power. I called technical support, and the technician (Travis) was very helpful, and he talked me through the correction process. The system, overall, is very intuitive, has many options available, and customer service has been exceptional (Debbie Elliott, Business Manager, has also been very helpful). I would recommend Link Home Security to a friend.

Answered many questions when I was preparing to order the equipment. The instructions (written and videos) are excellent. Installation was a breeze and I was easily able to add a couple of more sensors to the system

Whenever I speak to the help desk I'm amazed at how personable, helpful, kind, and knowledgable they are.
