The system is pretty easy to get going, unless you buy various sensors from sources other than Link Interactive-- in which case you have to do a bit of programming to set each sensor up. The people at LI will help you do that programming, which would make it really easy. I just chose to do it on my own by looking up everything myself--which of course made it harder! System seems to be working just fine.

Great customer service and advice when placing order, items arrived quickly and were programmed correctly. I am not a "handy" person but the sensors are easy to install and everything worked right out of the box. Great technical support team is quick to answer any questions. Very happy with the system. Would recommend Link to anyone wanting a monitored security system!

Link has been great from Day 1. I had previously talked to a Vivint sales guy, who wanted me to setup an in home consultation, pay a $50 deposit up front, and was pushing pushing pushing the whole time. Not so, with Link. It was extremely low pressure, mostly just giving me any information they had. My contact never pushed me to make a decision; just waited until I was ready to make up my mind. Loved that. The install process was a breeze, and they included step by step customized instructions for configuring the existing sensors (from old ADT install) to work with our new wireless panel. When I have questions, they're very quick to respond and help. I've never had a issue getting the answers I needed, and their support group is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. You can even reach specific techs via email, which is awesome. When I moved, they used pictures of our new home's existing alarm panel and wiring diagram to write up ANOTHER customized installation guide, all within about 2 hours and at no charge to me... AMAZING and respectable that they care more about quality customer service and satisfaction than nickel and dime-ing you to death for every little question/call. They've made a lifetime customer or of me!

I'm completely blown away by how easy this system has been to set up and how much we like how it works... especially given the very reasonable cost!!! Highly recommended!!!

We are pleased with our system. It was reasonably priced through the Costco website and we could pick and choose the sensors that we wanted. Customer service has been extremely helpful whenever we have had questions. And the monthly service is reasonably priced. We've had two false alarms, and I was pleased with how quickly they called us to check. Overal we are very happy with our system. We also like the fact that we can take everything with us if we move.

Linkhomesecurity was very easy to install. The service department was great when I needed to contact them. The website is easy to navigate. The app to remotely set your alarm as well as to be notified when the alarm has been set, and to remind you if you have forgotten to set it, is amazing.

Purchased Link Home Security from Costco.com. It was very easy to install and activate. I like the customization of the different sensors and the notification options provided. I would absolutely recommend this product.
